While in Vienna I needed some great cigars. This location had them. A rather large selection with very helpful and friendly owners. Made a visiting American feel very welcome. I hope to return some day. read more

I come to Vienna quite frequently for work. I always stop here to grab some cigars for my husband. Probably the best cigar shop I have been too. I always have the staff make me up a pack of their favorites. The staff is very knowledgeable and my husband always loves what they pick out. Great prices as well. read more

I found the people in there to be very helpful, and directed me to my needs. I was buying souveniers for 8 of my cigar buddies back home, and did not want to break the bank buying so many. They had a perfect suggestion. If I lived in Vienna, I wouldn't hesitate to visit. read more

Well stocked but tiny store off of Kartner-Strasse. They're open longer than most cigar stores, even open on Sundays. That's all I can say about this place, otherwise they're a pretty dour and unfriendly lot. I used to buy a lot of cigars from them before I discovered my current fave cigar store in Vienna (Cigarstore Hazar on Margaretenstraße, who are a joy to deal with!) and never got acknowledged or got even a semi-friendly greeting. It's 100% business: buy a cigar, pay and get out type of deal. Three stars for extended business hours but I wouldn't go there unless I was really desperate. read more

We went when we were in Vienna. The shopkeeper was very knowledgeable and able to point out wonderful Cuban cigars. My beau loved talking with her, and savored smoking these exceptional cigars. read more

This store's main selling point is its location. It is conveniently located in the main shopping area of Vienna. The store has a nice selection of your more commonly sought after cigar brands as well as some nice Cuban Limited Editions available to try. Staff was helpful as well. read more

Also ich muss sagen dass ich schon einige Trafiken und Cigarrenfachgeschäfte im In- und Ausland besucht habe, aber als ich in diesen Store durch Zufall reinstolperte,........... "bamm...., mich haute es fast aus den Latschen" Die Auswahl an Zigarren ist der Hammer, die Beratung eine Wucht und das Drumherum wie Feuerzeuge, Humidore und alles was man dazu braucht echt Klasse. Mann merkt auch dass das Personal mit ganzem Herzen bei der Sache ist, man fühlt sich willkommen und sie nehmen sich so lange Zeit bis alle Fragen beantwortet sind.
