Another visit to Madrid so of course this means a shopping stop at Cava Magallanes. As always their large walk in humidor is immaculate and well stocked especially with non-Cuban cigars I am sure due to the worldwide shortage of Habanos. Despite their below normal Habanos selection I still walked out happily with a box of the new Regional Edicion for Espana - the Diplomaticos Privada II plus a handful of other Habanos. Cave de Magallanes is a great place to grab some smokes while in Madrid! The selection and stock of cigars is impressively diverse and well maintained in their nicely constructed and laid out walk-in humidor. Good selection of habanos, including many in tubes for those who travel a lot. The staff is professional, helpful, and responsive. Obtaining the tax relief receipt was a cinch. Give it a go! read more
