Florida is a cigar Mecca and Orlando is second only to Tampa and Miami in my opinion. There are great little spots to investigate if you are dedicated. The Cigar Oasis is one of those little gems you find every once in a while. Located in a small strip mall ripe with culture and variety, this little shop is special to me because of a singular feature...the two little tables they sit out front. Let me explain, the cigar selection is run of the mill, but when you sit outside and enjoy the cigar it's like sitting outside a little bistro in Havana. People walking back and forth, music in the background and just a peaceful experience. Been coming here to sit for over 8 years! This is a small cigar store located in a strip mall on Kirkman. The anchor store at this particular strip wall is the Publix and there are a few doors down from it. They have a very friendly staff and an okay selection of cigars as well as other smoking products. read more

They have a great selection, but I've been in twice and they seem to cater more to male customers than female. Twice I've been passed by at the counter for a male customer. Women like this stuff too. I'm only giving three stars because it's happened to me twice. read more

Small smoke shop with a selection that matches. They close earlier than operating hours frequently and mainly contain marked up, rebranded Chinese glass. Customer service is sub par, which is on par for most shops of this nature. This is the type of shop you go to only cause you live near it, shop around. read more

Friend of mine told me to go to this shop because they were having a sale on glass pieces. I go in the shop purchase a brand new piece for 50$ and I seemed to notice the glass had a bubble in it and thought it was nothing. I get home and open the package that one of the sales associate packed for me and the piece where the bubble was completely broke off and I was in shock. I went back to the store so I could see if I could get an exchange or credit for this because it was definitely cigar oasis fault for the crack but instead they called the owner and only offers to allow me to buy a new bong and get 10% off. Overall this shop has horrible customer service and I will never be going to this shop again. read more

I went to their location on S. Semoran Blvd. Ste 103 and purchased a Vision Spinner 2 on Friday (June 5, 2015) at around 5:30 in the eve. I found that it had no charge left on the battery, so I charged it for about 8 hours as instructed. The unit/base would not hold a charge. When I brought it back to the store the next morning (June 6,2015) at around 10:30am, it was even losing its charge for the clerk. She declined to exchange the product. Now I understand that cigars, cigarettes, or anything that comes in contact with the mouth are not exchangeable by state law, but I contacted the distributor and they informed me on their web site that the battery base has a 3-12 month warranty. Being a former General Manager for nearly 30 years, I cannot understand how a retailer will not enforce the manufacturer warranty. I have been to that location on several occasions buying fluid, wicks, etc and always got great service. It is speaks badly that a retailer will not back up the merchandise they sell, no wonder people are going to on-line shopping. BTW: I had the sales receipt backing my claim; but in essence I was being called a liar over a product that they retail for $33.00 and after research it cost them between $4.60-$5.30 if bought in bulk (60pcs.) It is something mechanical, a battery base. Bottom line an 8 hour charge should last longer than 2 hours and not over heat. Any other retailer would have exchanged with all the documentation that I had produced. Will I ever go back to that unit; I am not sure!! read more
