I decided to delete and rewrite my last review with more details since the owner decided to inbox…read moreme to let me know that he was a black man (according to the staff there's no black owner) and my opinion of the business was assassinating to it (and it wasn't)5 months later He never apologized about what happened nor was he there-he stated that he can not require his employees to be responsible for personal responsibilities-which I understand but.... 5 months earlier I patronized the store-I was finishing up my transaction when a frantic black woman rushed into the store asking/begging for someone to help her by calling 911 Bc she had been beaten up and the man wouldn't give her her keys-she was clearly in need of help and she was begging the employee-who was a Caucasian male-to please call 911-he did nothing he told her to leave the store and his tone was compassionless and she looked at him and asked you're really not going to help me⁉ So I said you're really not gonna help her He just looked at me So I called 911 I told the police what was happening and asked them to send someone out and they did-the lady received the help she needed thanks to me‼ I posted the review to raise awareness. As a black woman who spends money in your business I'd like to know that if I was getting beat up and someone had taken my keys that your staff would have the human decency to at least call 911-but he didn't and this was my experience Also since you're responding to people on Yelp where were you when I requested to have my money back after being double charged and I brought my bank statement to prove that I was and no one was helpful?
