First, service was great and straightforward. I paid at the counter, and they bring my payment to the back, where they make the drink. Your change comes back in a small basket. Second, they put many bits of ice into their horchata, which is not my favorite texture, but the flavor itself is delicious. Finally, there is no seating area, but that's fine.
