She has no people skills, is incompetent, and extremely rude. It appeared to be "bring your kid to work day" as staff's kids were running around the office and jumping on the furniture. Karan won't fight your personal injury case unless you have a minimum of $15,000 in medical billing fees. And if you don't, he will be sure to refer you for different treatments with multiple doctors (he showed me a list of 50 he refers to) until you accrue enough fees for his liking.
