Since I was dining in I was offered a proper fork, but they have wooden takeaway forks should you choose to walk and eat. Seating is limited, probably about 6 stools facing the window. There are a variety of dipping sauces available but I just went with the standard salk+vinegar and everything was amazing!!

They sell a good range of sandwiches, rolls, baguettes etc with hot and cold fillings. The food is exceptionally good - always fresh and tasty and the sandwiches are made to order so you can have exactly what you want. The shop is small but always very clean despite the number of people that pass through. Very good value for money, highly recommended.

The waiting time to be served was over 10 minutes this was not due to the long line of customers as l was the only one at the counter. Staff where too busy chatting at the back to even notice that anyone was there and when the chap came over he had his mobile phone in hand. I had the fish and chips to go £6.20. You could tell the fish had been lying there for a while in the hot counter and not at it's best. Service 3/5 Food 2/5 I would have rated the food higher but the fish had not been de-boned.

In fairness, this is really about average as far as chip shops go and so the food is no worse than many of it;s competitors, nothing to get overly excited about, but similarly only really worth visiting if you're passing anyway and you're really peckish for your favourite supper. The service area is cramped and it's often queued out of the door and into the street at peak times which either says something about the customers tastes or mine.
