When I went inside to speak to the manager, he was no help at all. He basically told me that FFCU had zero responsibility when it comes to the ATMs! In fact, if he had told me that I was screwed that would have been more help, and he could have saved the sarcasm that I got from him. Very friendly and professional staff in a very professional environment, ready to assist you, in a conveniently located branch in Silver City. If any problems arose, they would call us on the phone and, every year, we have received postcards wishing us Happy Birthday! It does not get any more personable than that. They have always been there for us when needed. We have been able to secure mortgages, auto and personal loans quickly and without any hassles, at very competitive rates. We would not hesitate to recommend this bank to anybody moving to the area.
