We bring the kids here all the time. Clean huge chuck e cheese. What more can you ask for. It's an arcade for kids but I think I have more fun. They honor my coupons on my phone for cheaper tokens. There's always an attendant to help with games. Food taste good to kids but as an adult I prefer to eat elsewhere. Location is good. Plenty of parking and plenty of stores around the area. read more

This review is for the customer service. The facility is mostly clean. And everyone knows what to expect at Chuck E Cheese. You're not going there for the gourmet food. But, for the kids. However, the employees never smiled. I'm not kidding. You felt like you were really putting them out, just for ordering food or asking a question. Then, I saw the manager and he was just as grumpy as everyone else. So, clearly this poor attitude starts at the top. Even the girl running a birthday party never smiled. I was thinking of having my son's birthday party here, but I don't think I will anymore, unless the attitude of the staff changes. The reason I have two stars instead of one, was the girl who was at the prize area was really nice. Of the 6 ticket counting machines, four weren't working. The one we went to, we put in 40 tickets and it printed out a receipt that said 9. The girl at the prize counter told someone right away to look at the machines and told us we could have 75 tickets worth of prizes. She was very nice. She was the only one in the whole building who seemed like she cared and knew about customer service. It's really sad. I'm not expecting 5 star dining customer service. But, even just a warm greeting and a smile from any of the 15 employees in the building, would have been appreciated. read more

I was very surprised. I have avoided chuck e cheese for ever. All of the locations in the local area are nasty and not clean. Also the type of people that take their kids there is not whom I want my kids around. We were invited to a birthday party which is how we ended up here today. The food was good. The party planning was well organized. The mouse mascot is creepy but my 4 year old was excited to see him. I am sure he will now want his birthday here. My negative is the bathroom was very messy and smelled very bad. I would recommend this location to people. We will come back here since we do not go to incredible Johns anymore. read more

This place had all the table dirty. I have been in here foe an hour and no one has clean the tables. Cashier was rude. The lady at the entrance was to busy talking to the cashier to greet us. There are cups on machines and no has came to take them off the games so we can play them. Don't think we will be back . That's sad my son love's this place. read more

Went here for lunch, 2 adults. The place is big and fun to walk around and check out the games even though I don't play them. Just came for the pizza. Pizza was tasty but my only suggestion is that it could use more sauce. Also, the sausage on the pizza is the kind of gross kind that Pizza Guys and others use, it is not real sausage like Riverside Pizzeria has. The prices for food were reasonable. I will give this Chuck E Cheese 4 stars for the environment and 3 for the food. All and all a fun place to take the kids. I can't help but think if all the germs that this place must contain... yes I realize they vacuum, etc but do they ever disinfect the games? The bathrooms were not clean when we went. This chuck e is bigger than ones I've been to. It is more expensive. I couldn't add points to my previous game card since it was originally from a different location nor could I use the points I had already on it here.There are a lot of games available and new ones I've never seen at other locations. There's even a small little toddler area with a slide and ride ons like train boat..I came on an afternoon when two school buses were there and it was still ok. I didn't feel crowded. All the games were working. The buffet was going on and it was all fresh hot and good. Costumer service was ok. We had my son's birthday there yesterday and we all had a great time. There's about 15 of us and I was surprised with how well the chaos was managed. We had some large pizzas, salad bars and drinks followed by cake and presents plus a dance with Chuck E Cheese. I forgot our hosts name but she was a energetic pretty red head that did her job well. At first entry, the morale of the employees was very depressing and seemed like we were inconvieniencing them with our business, then as we make our way inside, the tables are really dirty with cups, napkins, plates you name it. After this we decided to place our order with simple instructions that we wanted our pizza half pepperoni and half cheese and the cashier (Korina) acted like she had no idea what we were talking about and then rudely asked us how much it was like we were the employee. As all this was happening we noticed the unsanitary habits of the other employees such as scratching their head above the pizzas and salad bar and just leaving the dirty tables untouched during our whole visit. Not to mention the horrific cigarette butt odor in the restroom.. PS (if you walk up to the counter to ask for something they'll act like they don't see you) definitely won't be coming back to this location , how unfortunate because the kids love this place. read more

All of the other parties had their pizzas more than 15 minutes before we got ours. She finally brought our pizzas, put them on table and left. She didn't help with presents. She didn't bring sodas. I'm actually writing a review to defend this location and people that work here. There are some nasty reviews and, though some are justified or have legitimate points, there's something people need to know. As a parent of a kid that used to work here, it clearly needs to be said. Many of the customers that come here are animals. I don't know from under which rock they exited, or mountain they descended, but part of the reason the restaurant can be dirty, or the employees can be less than friendly, is because much of the clientele are nothing short of savages. What makes people think it's acceptable to treat people like shit, or throw food and/or trash on the floor, against the wall, on top of games, because you paid money? I couldn't believe how rude people are because they come to a nice location, from whatever slums they vacated, and felt entitled to act accordingly. Are you jealous of something? Does it make you feel big or important to shit on people trying to make a living? You obviously made a long journey because you wanted a nice place for your party or kids, so why treat it like you're angry? The place is always busy. The place is always trying hard to be clean for you. Sometimes they're understaffed because nobody can predict that days in advance. Yet there's always people demanding free food... demanding free drink... demanding discounts because someone made a mistake. If you can't respect the nice atmosphere and service these people are trying to provide you, go back to your slums. You don't need to act like jerks because paying your money somehow entitles you to be shitty to people serving you. Maybe that attitude is why you're trashy in the first place. read more

Ok. So I feel a little crappy about putting this out there but it is what it is. My wife's client/friend threw her daughter a birthday party at this place. I did feel as though the set up was pretty nice. Balloons etc. but the way they have the little teener bopper girls just standing there hovering and staring aimlessly while the children eat and open gifts was awkward a s*&t! Then they pounced like starving hyenas on the mother with the bill the second the last piece of wrapping paper was jammed by them furiously into the garbage! What is this an assembly line? Then more then once for whatever reason they just barged up while the adults were talking with the God d&*n bill again and again. What is the problem. NO manners. No excuse me? Just walk right up and start talking as nobody else is there. So much pressure! Not to mention they set up multiple party's at once so you get about two seconds of time with Chuck E when he comes out if you're lucky. In our case the little girl was two and shy and the other child was older and very boisterous so she basically demanded Chuck E to pay attention to her the whole time. I hate to bash this kind of place but it was a joke. I would NEVER throw my child's party at this place. Especially one as Bria-B said that is smaller then four feet tall. Nobody cares or does anything about children running around like total manics that could literally send a small child to the hospital should a full running impact occur. Lets not even talk about what they call pizza. I know the focus is not on food quality but wow. DiGiorno pizza from the grocery store is ten times better. The only good thing I will say is that the tokens were a great price. Other then that Johns Incredible Pizza is a far better place to go!!! Sorry Chuck, you have just lost it since my days of token dropping. Nothing in the way of VGs anymore. Just a bunch of pint size gambler creating ticket spitting machines. Makes me so sad. read more

The newest of the Chuck E. Cheese's in the Sacramento area, this one is of course the nicest and cleanest. Pretty much the same games and play areas as the others. I don't mind eating here, but it certainly isn't anything special or extraordinary. Be sure to go to their website and print out the coupons. read more

We paid for a 2 hour party and they started trying to clear our table and make us move 45 minutes early. A lot of machines were out of order/ broken. The pizza was decent and my kids had fun though. Just very irritating to pay for a short 2 hour party and they start trying to kick you out halfway through! We definitely won't be having another party there. read more

Came for a birthday party and it was packed. I'm impressed that the franchise has kept up with the times. The pizza was surprisingly very good. One thing that was weird was we couldn't get a cup for my kid at the party even though he was thirsty. He couldn't find his cup in all the chaos a birthday entails and the employee said he couldn't have one to use as there's a predetermined amount given for each party. So a bunch of juice in large containers sat there unused. But nonetheless a decent place. Perhaps they can get better prizes as there are many places that give great prizes when you win tickets from the arcade games. read more

We have had 3-4 Birthday parties there for our Grandkids, and have always had a good experience. But they do have a shinning star, Brianna! She has done the last two parties for us and it has been perfect. She goes above and beyond for us and always makes sure that we are more than taken care of.... She deserves a raise, promotion and definitely praise for her hard work. I really hope that the management takes the time to not only read the comments on here but recognize there employees for there hard work. Brianna alone has earned our repeat business. read more

Awful. We've been there for 4 other bday parties we've had, today will be the last time ever. They over charged us for our deposit, refused to credit it us for it. Even though I placed our order, details online a month ago, the hostess had zero clue. She asked me if the cake we ordered was in their fridge? How would I know that? They spent the majority of our party running back between the hostess, manager and the manager claiming she had to call her GM at their corporate office about how to get us our refund. She said she needed proof of being double-billed. I gave it to her, they then changed their story that I had to contact their corporate office. The GM was there the whole time turns out. Not once did any of them apologize for their mistake, they refused to help, just kept bothering us to pay the balance, couldn't get our order right. This is how us parents spent the majority of our time during our daughter's bday party, great. We never raised voices, yelled or made a scene. Instead, we were greeted with attitude from any/all staff all because we wanted them to address the over charge. In the end, the GM physically grabs the receipt out of my husband's hands and tells us he's not charging, after then ripping it up in his face. SO unprofessional, awful customer service.
