She helped me decorate from the minute I got there with my own tablecloths and things. Then she went above and beyond to make sure my food was ordered so my guest didn't have to wait. Went tonight with my family and food was good games were fun. The card machines didn't work so you had to stand in line to get credits on your card. My biggest complaint is the safety. No one in the front monitoring who comes and goes and for that alone I would drive a little further and go to the location in placentia. There is always someone checking everyone in and out at that location. I always stay with my daughter but the extra security is nice when it's supposed to be there. read more

I have never had issues with this location but this last time I was so disappointed. The prices have gone up dramatically which ok, inflation/cost of living but I expected the quality to be same if not a bit better. Instead I got this Frankenstein pizza that was dropped off by an employee at the edge of the table. She was gone so quick did not say a word and made no eye contact. When I looked at the pizza I knew the rumors about Chuck E Cheese recycling their pizza may be true. I should have said something. I felt so uncomfortable eating it. It honestly tasted like it was just heated up when the last few times there was actual cheese pull. Great venue for fun! Kids have a good time and the pizza is what they love. The two hour free play party deal is pretty sweet for the young 'uns. I had to reduce the review score because of the lack of security at the front. I was continually surprised how many times no one was watching the check-in and check-out area, which is supposed to prevent children from being abducted. We had to flag someone down from behind the nearby counter to check us in, meaning, we could have just wandered in of the street with not a care in the world. Then when we left, no one was there to check our stamps to confirm that our kids were actually OUR kids. We just made our way out the exit. Numerous times I looked over to see if anyone was manning the gate - never. Abduction not withstanding, the kids there could have easily just left on their own accord without an adult. This venue needs to hire an employee and their only job should be stopping unauthorized departures. They shouldn't be worried about scooping up popcorn to help the food staff out. read more

This location is in a strip mall. Plenty of parking. Typical Chuck E Cheese, food was well its a Chuck E Cheese, you didn't come for the food. Staff was pleasant and the location was pretty clean. Kids running around like they were on sugar rushes, but that's Chuck E Cheese. There "rat" mascot made the rounds and got to every party. I think they do a good job getting all the birthday parties attended to and seem really responsive to all the overwhelmed parents trying to keep it together. That's probably why they serve alcohol. If I didn't have to drive a way to get home, I would have got a little numb myself. read more

By far the most crowded Chuck E I've been too. Packed with yelling teenagers, running, many of whom were crowding onto the games. A good 30% of the games were broken too. AC must've been out because it was hot too. I bought two 60-minute cards but only lasted 15 minute. The attendant said I could pause the card and come back later, but it turns out that was not totally. It only applies the same day. My kids did not like it. They were being shoved. Nobody stamped our hands and there seemed to only be 2 people working the exit and register. Terrible location. read more

If I could give this Chuck E. Cheese 0 stars I would. This place has really gone down in service. My bf and I decided to have my daughter's bday celebration here, when we first stepped in, I got an awful vibe from it. It was soooooo crowded. When we walked to our party area there was people from another party sitting down in our party area. I didn't make it a big deal, we had gotten there early so I didn't think much of it, our guests started to arrive at the start of our party. Our " host" started to ask us about pizzas and foods. We gave them the time we wanted the food to be ready. Since my bf was using his Chuck e cheese gold card for the rest of the food we had to order it upfront. Well the line was huge, again didn't think to much of it. The girl that rang us up was so helpful and so nice; she gave us awesome deals and helped us out. Well after that they took my kids their pizza and to my surprise the kitchen was so behind on orders, they took over an hour for our other pizzas. I was beyond embarrassed with our guests. At that time I started to feel anxious and stressed. After that they closed food orders for a good while to catch up on their orders. Never had I been to a Chuck E. Cheese where they did that. An hour passed and they finally handed us our pizzas. We also got a party set of wings, to my surprise some of them were cold. My anxiety was through the roof at that time already. We also got salad plates for our guests, well after all the poor service I was not surprised that they had ran out of salad. The salad bar was disgusting. They kept running out of items, the soda machine was dirty, some of the soda tasted awful. Also we paid for a " dedicated host" which we did not have, most of the time she was up in the front helping her coworkers. I'm assuming they were short staffed but to have an experience like this is unacceptable. We paid for service for our daughter's bday and it was totally ruined by this lack of service and disgustingly dirty place. I was beyond disappointed, I had bday parties here before and boy has it gone down tremendously. When it was our time to leave, I had to use the restroom. Well again I was not surprised. The restrooms were so DIRTY. There was pee on the toilet seats, most of the toilets were clogged, If I wasn't already fully disgusted this just made it so much worse. I was so embarrassed with my guests. I swore I wouldn't go back to Chuck E Cheese but this was seriously the BEST experience I've ever had there! This was our first visit to this location and it was for a birthday party. We went on Saturday and it wasn't packed! Maybe that's a bad thing for business, I'm not sure, but it made our experience stress free and so much more enjoyable! The staff that helped with the party were very friendly and attentive. Now let's talk about their pizza. Since when didn't Chuck E Cheese have good pizza??!! I definitely missed the memo where they improved their food because it was seriously good and hot! The crust had a garlic flavor to it and was very flavorful. Plus, they have beer for the parents! The game area was clean and everything was working. This is so important because a lot places where I take my son the machines aren't working and he gets so bummed out. The games were pretty clean and since there weren't a lot of people there they could play without wait! They had a great variety of games to keep the kids entertained for hours. The visit started off rocky as I ordered a pizza that turned out to be so spicy no one could eat it (which doesn't fly with kids). I went to talk to an employee who shrugged her shoulders and literally stared at me. So I asked to speak to a manager. He was awesome!! Really nice man. He understood and made a replacement pizza for us. It redeemed our night and I'm very grateful to him for putting the customer first. We visited this location and my baby boy had such a fun time. I am bummed that they give fewer tickets for the games. I remember coming here when I was younger and you'd get at least 12 tickets per game. Now you get at most 6 tickets. They do have better games now. We had a pizza and a soda.
