Came here for a bday party on Saturday 5/2 around 2pm. There wasn't that much food at the bday table so we decided to order our own food. We waited in a long line with only one register open, that took 20min and then we waited an additional 35 minutes for ONE appetizer! Almost 1 hour later and that was only because I asked to speak with the manager... well that was a mistake! The manager, young girl wearing a black and white stripe top, I think her name is Lizbeth, was no help at all! She had an excuse for literally everything! I told her I waited in line for 20 min just to order and then she said well I can't control how long people take to order, and I told her well you're a mgr and you can control how much staff you have running the registers & then she said well our registers down, another excuse! Then when we discussed about the one appetizer taking forever, she started off by saying "JUST SO YOU KNOW... the wings take longer to make than the pizza." Finally my appetizer came out & there were only 4 wings on it & originally when I ordered it, the associate at the register had said the sampler came with 6 wings! So when I asked the mgr about it she made another excuse and said well it's by weight! At this point I asked for a refund and left extremely disappointed! This manager had nothing but excuses to offer me instead of making the situation right! I didnt mention it at the time but we also had our special needs toddler with us and this was unnaceptable! I'll stick to the Placentia location & avoid this one!

Talk about a deal that's FUN for kids + adults on a random weekday!!

Wow! I frequented Chuck E Cheese as a kid. Walking in today brought back memories but now...it is next level awesome! - new games kid and adult friendly - delicious pizza made to order - beer and wine (with smart regulations in place) - multiple monthly pass options with additional bonuses via the app - smart child protection strategy to prevent them from leaving without their specific adult (love this!) - plenty of parking The perfect activity that entertains all ages!!

They should honestly change the name to Robbie Cheese because they be robbing you for what they charge. $85 for one large pizza, three drinks, and a one-hour game card?! My wallet's still in recovery. BUT I'll give credit where it's due the pizza was actually pretty solid. I didn't even know they had stuffed crust until today. The guy at the counter (heavy-set dude, super funny) deserves a raise he made the chaos way more bearable. Place smelled like... well, a place full of kids and dreams. Tons of people, nonstop screaming, pure sensory overload but somehow, I still had a good time. So yeah, overpriced, loud, and a little funky-smelling... but with good pizza and great staff, they kinda earned those stars.

Excellent manager Bertha and nice staffs like Liz, Issac , Giovanna makes the beautiful, happy and clean place more fun . Just a thank you to all of them for their hard work and dedication.

Leaving this comment up front Employee Sammy may need some training Chuck E Cheese isn't known for thier food So I don't expect amazing We come for the games and often skip the food and that'll continue to be the case after today 30 min for a personal pizza and fries Also the fries being $5 is a scam- they're a small portion and so undercooked I mentioned to the staff up front ( sammy) that our order took 30 min- she responded that some ppl wait an hr.... This all was on a Thursday afternoon and maybe 2 dozen ppl in the entire place.

Chuck E Cheese is a great place to bring young children for food and entertainment. I remember Chuck E, from years ago as a parent, when it was darker with a stage of characters and rows of bench seating. Now as a grandparent, I find this new modern version much brighter and more fun. At the entrance when you walk in, there is a safety gate where they stamp everyone in your party to ensure that your children remain with you. Admission can be a bit pricey if you have a large group that you're paying for, but they do have discounted specials. Member cards are used to play all the games similar to other venues, so you are basically paying for hour increments of play. Everything was very clean; tables, salad bar, game machines, bathrooms. Tables and booths surround the play area, where you can eat and keep an eye on your Loved ones. The pizza here is addicting. I buy at least one large for two to three people and we go right through it. The buttery thin crust garlic crust is fantastic. The salad bar is okay. It's not huge so you are limited in your selection, but with unlimited visits you can fill up on the basics with things like; lettuce, spinach, olives, cheese, bacon bits, onions, tomatoes, croutons, pineapple, Jello salad. The play area is fairly large and wonderful for children. The lighting is excellent and there are a great selection of machines to keep them busy. I'd say most of the machines are focused on preteens making them safe for viewing by most children. It is an energetic, fun, air conditioned place to spend an afternoon and let children experience many games and win prizes. Once you take your young ones to Chuck E Cheese, they will want to return!

CRYSTAL!! She's the MVP Chucky Cheese staff that helped me (the MVP Aunty lol) with my 1st visit as lead to CC. Mom to the kiddos was OOT, and their dad was at a biz function. I took their kids to help out and to treat them for their birthdays. This Aunty was overwhelmed with the choices and things to know. Crystal gave me a patient and detailed tutorial, and I was set. The location is spacious and clean. The food was decent "kids' style food". A lot of fun games and the Mouse made an appearance. Other: - Wish there were fewer out of order signs. Please fix quicker. - Schedule more staff for the front desk/arrival area in the PM (after school hours). I heard several people complain, and the line was long at points due to the bottleneck at the start. - **** Offer more specials. An outing for 2 children including food cost $110 and that was including several discounts. Neither Granny nor I played, but if we did, it would have been about $200. This is way too expensive for the average family. It would be great if you could be more affordable so more can come to enjoy. Please figure out an economy package. Thanks!

there's one person working the entrance tickets and to buy stuff. it smells nasty in here ! immediately when you walk in it smells musty or something. decent amount of games. i didn't buy any food so idk but i did buy the little purple cup for the kids to always get free drinks when we come.

We celebrated my sons 6th birthday this weekend and we had a blast! Jaelyn was our server and helped us out tremendously. She was very attentive, nice and on top of everything. This was our first time celebrating a birthday and we LOVED our experience. The food was amazing. We got pizza and wings. Plus a paw patrol birthday cake with dip and dots that the kids enjoyed! We reserved a at noon so there wasn't a lot of people. All the games work and they now have a jumping area. The ambiance, well it's loud because there's a lot of kids but it's nothing but joy!

Kids love this place as they can run around, go down a slide, and use the tire zipline among the rope climbing areas. I think it's a more physical and interactive space where they can also learn about the wilderness and how we can take care of nature around us versus just running around a regular playground. You can interact with the cast members there and sometimes they have photo pass opportunities here too. For Oogie Boogie Bash, this area is used for the Villain's Grove and during the Xmas season you can meet Santa here or decorate some cookies. I went during the Hoppers Collaboration and it's a cute little "scavenger hunt" with signs of the critter characters, a puzzle to decode, and photo opportunities with some free stickers. It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.
