First the good - I think their pizza is decent! And I thought the manager working there was really good - he was friendly and definitely went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Now the bad - they do not monitor the little jump area. That means kids that are too big for that area jump all over and run over the little kids. Plus they don't monitor the wild kids who are aggressive. And plenty of kids were jumping who clearly did not pay, which is annoying when I paid some ridiculous amount for my kid to jump. Also tons of machines were broken, more than I would have expected. There was some other stuff, but those were the main things that bugged me. Not going back to this one if I can avoid it. read more

Had a small party here this past Sunday. Ordered three large pepperoni pizzas total. Over an hour into the party reservation our pizza had not been brought out so my husband went to check in on it. They must have forgot about the pizzas so as an apology they gave us a small cheese pizza to hold the kids over. Then when they finally brought out the pepperoni pizza they gave us two XL pepperoni pizzas instead of the three larges. They said they gave us two Xl since they already brought out a small cheese pizza for the kids. The large is cut into 12 slices the xl is cut into 16. So the Two XL comes out to less "pepperoni pizza " (they said they counted the cheese pizza as part of our pizza order, even though we didn't ask for cheese) and at least half of it went to waste because the kids didn't want cheese :/ Also one of the pizzas came out not warm but cold :/ I normally don't complain, if you look at my history of reviews they are typically reviews to highlight great service but this was disappointing. The employee at the counter and the servers were great. It was the manager who made the decision to give us two xl pepperoni and one small cheese pizza. We would have preferred to just have the three nice and hot large pepperoni pizzas we paid. read more

Came here for a bday party on Saturday 5/2 around 2pm. There wasn't that much food at the bday table so we decided to order our own food. We waited in a long line with only one register open, that took 20min and then we waited an additional 35 minutes for ONE appetizer! Almost 1 hour later and that was only because I asked to speak with the manager... well that was a mistake! The manager, young girl wearing a black and white stripe top, I think her name is Lizbeth, was no help at all! She had an excuse for literally everything! I told her I waited in line for 20 min just to order and then she said well I can't control how long people take to order, and I told her well you're a mgr and you can control how much staff you have running the registers & then she said well our registers down, another excuse! Then when we discussed about the one appetizer taking forever, she started off by saying "JUST SO YOU KNOW... the wings take longer to make than the pizza." Finally my appetizer came out & there were only 4 wings on it & originally when I ordered it, the associate at the register had said the sampler came with 6 wings! So when I asked the mgr about it she made another excuse and said well it's by weight! At this point I asked for a refund and left extremely disappointed! Over all experience was stellar because of the staff there: the staffs hard work and attentiveness. We will definitely be coming back to this location. Chuck E Cheese is a great place to bring young children for food and entertainment. I remember Chuck E, from years ago as a parent, when it was darker with a stage of characters and rows of bench seating. Now as a grandparent, I find this new modern version much brighter and more fun. At the entrance when you walk in, there is a safety gate where they stamp everyone in your party to ensure that your children remain with you. Admission can be a bit pricey if you have a large group that you're paying for, but they do have discounted specials. Member cards are used to play all the games similar to other venues, so you are basically paying for hour increments of play. Everything was very clean; tables, salad bar, game machines, bathrooms. Tables and booths surround the play area, where you can eat and keep an eye on your Loved ones. The pizza here is addicting. I buy at least one large for two to three people and we go right through it. The buttery thin crust garlic crust is fantastic. The salad bar is okay. It's not huge so you are limited in your selection, but with unlimited visits you can fill up on the basics with things like; lettuce, spinach, olives, cheese, bacon bits, onions, tomatoes, croutons, pineapple, Jello salad. The play area is fairly large and wonderful for children. The lighting is excellent and there are a great selection of machines to keep them busy. I'd say most of the machines are focused on preteens making them safe for viewing by most children. It is an energetic, fun, air conditioned place to spend an afternoon and let children experience many games and win prizes. CRYSTAL!! She's the MVP Chucky Cheese staff that helped me (the MVP Aunty lol) with my 1st visit as lead to CC. Mom to the kiddos was OOT, and their dad was at a biz function. I took their kids to help out and to treat them for their birthdays. This Aunty was overwhelmed with the choices and things to know. Crystal gave me a patient and detailed tutorial, and I was set. The location is spacious and clean. The food was decent "kids' style food". A lot of fun games and the Mouse made an appearance. Other: - Wish there were fewer out of order signs. Please fix quicker. - Schedule more staff for the front desk/arrival area in the PM (after school hours). I heard several people complain, and the line was long at points due to the bottleneck at the start. - **** Offer more specials. An outing for 2 children including food cost $110 and that was including several discounts. Neither Granny nor I played, but if we did, it would have been about $200. If I can give 0 stars I would honestly don't come here if you don't have time for bullshit. I know it's a long review but it will be worth it discussing my experience with a weird manager. I came here for my nieces birthday party and as we walked in they were stamping hands and when it was me a 17 year old girl and other teens as-well parents they said they didn't have to stamp us it was only for the kids. Everything was fine until they saw kids in the jumping equipment and all of a sudden it's separate and not everyone can use it? If it really was they would have someone there supervising as kids go in and see if they are able to use it or am I wrong? But no where did it say not everyone can use it besides a sign that says "take off your shoes". The food was okay but there being only one cook it took 1 hour for our food to come out. And a burnt hard cookie cake we did not even eat due to how hard it was. The only reason why I'm writing this review is what happened at the end but I'm just giving my experience. As my family and the rest of the party is leaving I stayed back to pick up the table a bit and fill up my drink while I'm doing that I see an employee cleaning the table aside of me just weirdly looking at me looking at my every move and just staring hard as if he was examining me. I smile and go fill up my drink. as I'm leaving I say "have a good night" to the manager since he was the only one there at the cash register. As I'm about to walk out he stops me and ask me "who did I come with?" My son was on the trampoline without his wristband, even though his mom had already paid for it. While he was playing, they suddenly kicked him out and told us he wasn't supposed to be there. He's only three years old, and was simply playing alongside other kids. Then they claimed he scratched another girl, which wasn't true. The other child's mother even said that he doesn't talk yet, and he's only three. Despite that, they made his mom stand in line again to repay for his wristband, but still didn't allow him back on the trampoline. When she said she would just leave, they told her she could stay, but her son wasn't allowed back. The staff treated her very unprofessionally, and she felt unwelcome and disrespected -- so she left. My husband wanted to go back just because it was the closest Chuck E. Cheese in the area. I have to say, Kenneth the manager really made up for a previous terrible experience. Kid check in was quick, Kenneth took my husbands order, our food was promptly served quickly and even when the wings weren't ready, we still had our pizza at our table for 4 very hungry kids. Every worker on 5/15/2025 was on top of their game. They were cleaning tables, making sure each guest was taken care of and always around for any issues. I can't believe the stark difference from the last time I went here. It truly was an incredible visit and the atmosphere was amazing but I think this was due to this an incredible staff.
