Nice and clean place! The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our visit enjoyable. We came here through the kids' fundraiser and were pleasantly surprised at how nice this location is. The games are updated, fun, and easy for kids to enjoy, plus there's an indoor play maze that's perfect for toddlers. Overall, it's a great spot for families and kids' events. We''ll definitely be coming back! Update on review: I put 4 stars because the restroom is a hot mess...men and women side.

Went to Chuck E. Cheese last week for a team soccer party. I was pleasantly surprised that the seating area was not as loud as other locations I have visited. It may have been because the games and most of the kids were further away, but it made it much easier for the adults to actually talk. Everything appeared clean and well maintained. The pizza was okay, about what you would expect. We added the salad bar, which was also decent, though I do wish there were a few more options. It worked fine for something other than pizza. We had a two hour game card, and that was definitely the highlight of the visit. The kids were able to play a lot of games without constantly running out of credits, which kept everyone happy and entertained. Overall, it was a solid spot for a team celebration.

I didn't know they had the animatronics anymore. They did move, but did not preform when I was there! Lots of decent prizes ... games are better at other cec

My family and I aren't fans of the new location. Our friends aren't either. Every time we visit the new location, there is trash or food all over the tables. That's not an exaggeration. I have to use my wet wipes to clean the table and seats we want to sit on because they're so sticky with melted Dippin' Dots. The trash either doesn't get cleaned up by the time we leave or it takes a very long time for someone to come clean it. I had to go searching for napkins. Our area didn't have any. The booths are very uncomfortable and it's the most common complaint among our friend group. I used to love hanging out at the old location. We'd sit there for hours chatting with our friends while the kids play. Now we dread going. I miss the two different lanes for coming and going. That divider made it feel safer. We can't see our kids anymore. It can take minutes to find our kids vs the seconds it took at the old location. The machines are too close together. There's too many blind spots. It takes an eternity to get food here. We have to put our orders in right away to get food an hour later. This is on days when it's not busy. It's ludicrous. The repetitive content on the tvs drives us up a wall. We don't stay for very long like we used to. I don't know how or if the employees stay sane in this environment. We were all so hopeful for this new location. Now we all take our kids to Sky Zone because the seats don't hurt and we can easily see the entrance/exit.

Clean new location! Very close to our home so we joined the monthly pass. We selected Silver because we have two kids and 50 points each is plenty for an hour of fun. Three visits already and we got our money's worth. Staff is friendly and most of the games are working. I think about 3 machines weren't working correctly. It's definitely a place where a kid can be a kid.

Came here with the Fam and most games were out of order and the oven in the kitchen was broken.

Updated *new 2025* location on Goldenwest. Games are on the side with windows - much better lighting.

Seems this location just opened up mid September 2025. The games/tables/prizes were new and the place even smelled nice. Boneless wings portion was generous, still good pizza, and the salad bar was fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful when deciding between purchasing a timed vs. point card. Check on their website for deals! No more animatronics - replaced with a bigger wall TV screen and kidzbop music playing.

Good view & plenty of things to do. Wish some of the machines are fixed right away. Service was nice by employees. Hours of operation are on point.

Bri was amazing throughout our birthday party! 100% recommend having a kids birthday here.

100% recommend for birthday parties. Bri was so helpful during all the kid fun! Good pizza and the kids are entertained.

Chuck E. Cheese is AMAZING! It's worth the money for unlimited play!! This is the FOURTH Chuck E. Cheese I've been to in the past couple of weeks since I've gotten my Gold pass $170 for 2 months of 250 points of daily play. Pizza, salad and dipping dots have been great. No complaints. With my unlimited pass, food is 50% off making a XL one topping pizza $15 (enough to feed 4 small very hungry children) My observations: -Games /prizes/trampoline size vary by location -Free parking - Security stamp for entry/exit -Clean -Lots of seating -Use referral code Vanesar2631 on the app when registering -Multiple opportunities for be promotions to redeem for games/pizza with the Chuck E. Cheese app ***probably aimed for children 1yr through 10yrs for OPTIMAL fun For the adults: -2 alcoholic drinks per person of drinking age (beer on tap and wine in a prepackaged cup) -can have a PARTY without buying birthday packages as you are allowed to bring cupcakes/cake, table covers, ice cream inside -no outside food -buy a combo pizza and pay $2.50 extra for a cup that is reusable/refillable for the life of the cup. This location was in a stand alone building. Parking will not be an issue. Strong smell of urine in the parking lot though. This location has a lot of seating and the old school animatronic Chuck E. Cheese and friends.

We visited this Chuck E. Cheese twice in the last 3 days. The first visit was on July 4th. They were closing early so we didn't have much time to play. We didn't get to see Chuck E. at all. We were excited to see the animatronics. We explained we are not from the area, & that we didn't have anything like that back home. Employees seemed unimpressed and did little to make our visit special. They turned the games off, but they had not even given us all our food because one of the employees forgot to make one of the pizzas (I heard him yell this from the kitchen). A different employee lied about it, and she told us our third pizza had gotten stuck to the pan and had to remake it. In any case, to their credit, they did turn most of the games back on so the kids could at least play until they completed our order. After the last pizza came out, we promptly left with to-go boxes. However, once we had gotten it back to our motor home to eat the food, we realized that the boneless wings (we had ordered Louisiana Honey Hot) had no sauce whatsoever. They were completely dry. **shrug** We decided to try this place again today to give it another chance. We get it. It was a holiday. Employees wanted to get out & see fireworks too. So, this time Chuck E. Did come out a little after 1:30pm. We are just leaving now, and it is 3:38pm. That was the only time Chuck E. Cheese came out for meet and greet with all guests. Apart from that there was one birthday party, but he did not allow guests that were not part of the party interact with him. This is quite the contrast to Northridge and the Palm Desert Chuck E. Cheese locations where Chuck is super engaged with the children, comes out with great frequency (at least once an hour), walks through the arcade, and even plays games with the kids. My eldest son asked this Huntington Beach Chuck E. if he wanted to play Paw Patrol w/him. He was just completely ignored. That made me sad. I went up to the front desk to purchase trampoline time/socks for my youngest son, and the man at the front (Asian with glasses) had a physical reaction to my approach ... It was so obvious I asked, "Are you okay? You look like you are in pain!" The employee replied, honestly, "I was just like, DARN! Now I'm going to have to open the trampoline area!" "I'm sorry!" I exclaimed. Then I thought about it, realized what was happening, and decided it was ridiculous I was having to apologize to him for paying for/utilizing a service offered. What the heck, right?!? We stood at the prize stand for quite a while when it came time to leave. Two young brunette, Hispanic gals just stood there behind the counter, but neither offered to assist us. They walked away. We then moved to the main line where people were ordering food just to ensure we would get some help. Bradly assisted us. He was kind and knowledgeable. Would not come back to this Chuck E. Cheese again, but it is cool it is still a C1, has many old games, and the artwork from the Avenger Chuck era.

They have a great variety, and the claw isn't weak, although it did take a few times on some machines to get a winning, I think that could be from the prize being a little heavy. Overall, I think the price is good a dollar per try, they had good music going on, a good amount of customers in there, even though it's in a mall that's slowly closing down. Me and my daughter had a great time, we probably spent over an hour there.

This is located within the Westminster mall, on the second floor occupying a pretty large space. I came to this location because the Groupon I had only worked here and not at the Alhambra location. The worker at the location was nice and took care of my Groupon. She gave us a basket for our tokens. She mentioned that this is probably the largest Kawaii Klaws location out of all the another areas. There are easily 30+ different claw machines in this location. There was enough variety in plushies among the machines, but I wish they had more as there were a lot of commonalities among Sanrio and a lot of bunny inspired plushies. We left with 4 plushies on this visit, the staff working their was friendly and she said she loved my bf's and my energy which I thought was so lovely of her to mention...I asked her name but forgot but she was really sweet. If you're looking for a place to kill time and want to try and score some cute plushies this is the place!

Top Canvas is a claw machine spot located right next to The District at Tustin Legacy (next to the…read moreAMC Theatre). Top Canvas also has other locations (Alhambra, Downey, Torrance, and Milpitas in Northern California) that operate as collectible stores and this is the only Top Canvas location that runs as a claw machine arcade. [Parking]: Easy and free parking at The District at Tustin Legacy. [Selection & Price]: Apparently the shop redesigned their claw machines and prize system in recent months. Players can now trade plushies for points and use those points to redeem more desirable prizes. As for trade-in prizes, they have selected signed Funko Pop figures / giant Pokémon plushies / other generic plushies (25%), blind boxes (50%), and graded Pokémon cards / booster packs / other collectibles (25%). Personally it would be better if they had fewer blind boxes as trade-in prizes and focused more on curated Sanrio plushies or unique action figures. [Point system]: For play packs, $10 = 20 tokens, $20 = 42 tokens, $50 = 110 tokens, and $100 = 230 tokens. Claw machines with numbered stickers indicate how many points each plush is worth and most machines indicate 15 points per plush. Blind box trade-in values range from 45 points to 125 points. [Conclusion]: It is nice to have claw machines with a higher win rate than places like Round1 + the ability to trade plushies for better prizes, but I do think their prizes are not as good as places like Round1. Personally I still prefer other claw machine spots like Infinity Claws in Rowland Heights and I also like Top Canvas's collectible stores better than this claw machine-only concept store. P.S. - Players can ask the staff to rearrange plushies in some machines.
