This location is amazing! The staff is amazing, lets remember that they're 16 yrs old. The managment is so great! The GM Candice is absolutley great. I also met another awesome younger male manager Walter? I think. Both so helpful, arent afraid to actually come out and fix games, talk to guests and help at the prize counter. All and all, my little sister always has a great time! But, I will say this, there dose need to be more managment at this location- maybe the district manager should think about that and spend some of there extra time hiring more managers for this big and busy location to help out the already amazing team. The tables were filthy and not all machines were working properly, but they still get 5 stars. Why?? They stamped us upon entry and when we were leaving they made sure all our stamp #`s matched using a blacklight and we weren't leaving with the wrong kid. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon with reservations for a Party of 12 plus kids. parking is plentiful with their lot. There's one way in and out with the hand stamp so it's safe and that's what parents care about. You can bring cakes for birthdays, and otherwise they want you to buy pizza and pay $2.50 for a paper cup for adults (refills free). Kids can bring back their souvenir plastic cups to use again. Innumerable games for kids and parents pay for each game with a swipe of the Play Pass debit card. Although you can also pay with tokens on some games. We found the best deal is the unlimited play for two hours on the pre paid Play Pass. Just don't stop to eat... once the kids begin, they won't want to stop playing..!! Make sure you time your play time with eating time. Adult beverages available at the counter, so if you have parents not accompanying kids they can sit with a beer, and eat pizza or salad bar. Best thing is having a party and no clean up...just go home. Well recommended, we will return. read more

Don't expect anyone to personally get back to you after lodging a complaint with their corporate office. At most, you will get a canned email response saying they will forward your feedback to the District Manager "to address with the Management and Staff immediately." Despite claiming that they "set high standards for quality service", they will not bother to follow up "in ensuring quality service is delivered" by having someone personally reach out with a phone call to further discuss. I haven't been here in awhile, came back here today because my son has a school event before the end of the school year ended. I have to admit this is probably one of the biggest Chuck E. Cheese I've gone to in OC. Coming here they still have the same policy with stamping your arm when you have a kid with you which is great because anything can happen anytime. I see that Chuck E. Cheese has made some improvements. There's free WIFI now, they also have an adult menu which is awesome. They also finally have a liquor license and now provide beer and wine for grown ups so they can enjoy their time while watching their kids run around and play. Coming here today I realize they're slowly stepping up their game. I guess they're trying to lean towards dnbs with the whole concept of scanning a play card instead of getting a bunch of tokens but still being able to collect your tickets just so your kid(s) can feel like a winner. The down fall of this place is they still have problems with their game machines being broken or needing to be fixed. One thing I dislike about this place is how expensive the food is .. seriously coming here you have to spend about atleast $100 just to be able to feed a family and play some games to win a decent prize. I think if they lower their prices they'll have more customers and can keep up with dnbs. Other than that it is a great place for kids , I've never seen a kid being disappointed coming here. If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for 60 minutes, and it started at 8pm, therefore my time should end at 9 pm. The store closes at 9 pm. I went to go get my prizes and they would not give me the opportunity because they close at 9 even though I have every single right to get my prizes. If they offer people to buy minutes for an hour, 1 hour before they close, then they have EVERY RIGHT to still get prizes after the playing time. No one is going to sacrifice 10 mins of playing time after they paid to leave early to get prizes. The lady claims we can come back another day and get our prize. but last time i checked, no one comes to chuck e. cheese to pay and leave and come back ANOTHER DAY so they can get their prize. horrible food horrible service. never bring your kids here and go to another chuck e. cheese or might as well pay extra to go to dave and busters who is not just about the money, but cares about happiness and customer satisfaction. Worst experience ever. Let me start by saying I spent over $200+ in food and drinks here. Everything was going well until we came across the two self-claimed managers,Julia & Hannah. My brother-in-law and I decided to take our families out to food and games, being that we both have little ones. We decided to have a drink while being there and enjoying our time. At which time, my brother-in-law was then told he had hit his alcohol purchase limit (keep in mind this is our 2nd time going up to grab a drink) but myself was still able to buy a drink. We found it a little funny at first since I was able to buy 2 drinks which is the max now, and he was only able to purchase 1 drink. It wasn't until one of the unprofessional managers came up to our table and not even all the way to our table. She proceeded to rudely and loudly tell us that he (my brother-in-law) has reached his limit and can no longer buy beer and no one else can buy beer for him, at which time the other parents/customers turned around and stared at us as if we were causing a riot or something. This "manager" needs a little more training before she can be considered for this position. She publicly humiliated us in front of everyone in the business place and she couldn't even find it in her herself to apologize when my brother-in-law went and approached her about her unprofessional behavior and demeanor. She just brushed us both off and said "my bad" and my brother-in-law continued by explaining what had happened and how we still have the first round of cups at our table and she replied "I believe my cast members they've never lied" okay so the customers are liars now? What happened to "the customer is right". After that I still purchased (2) orders of the unicorn churros from one of the cashiers and 30 min later they still haven't had arrived. My sister-in-law then proceeded to ask them if they were close to being made. They responded to her that they were out of churros and that they wouldn't have sold them to us unless they had some so she proceeded to explain to them that how is it we have the reminder puck they give to customers when you buy something? None of these people are fit to work here. They don't remember a damn thing, they have bad customer service and they don't even have the courtesy to let you know they made a mistake or to even apologize for their mistakes. The owner of this business place needs to better train these employees or replace them with more experienced employees and managers with the proper training to deescalate a situation like this and not add to it with snobby attitude. read more

Esmeralda and Heather were great but there is a lot needs to change at this store. The ticket counting machines were constantly breaking with only one poor guy able to fix them. Several of the games machines were out of order and the place was filthy. I understand with kids and food it will get dirty but there was no effort being made at any point to clean. The lowlight was getting to meet the most disrespectful person I have ever experienced in customer service. Dianaa (according to the nametag she kept reversed most of the time) was constantly looking away from us and sighing while we were trying to purchase our tokens. She had zero knowledge of their products or simply didn't want to answer basic questions. The blatant disrespect for somebody paying your wages is a disgrace and she needs to be retrained at the least (or put her on cleanup duty until she learns some people skills). read more

As a child, I loved Chuck E Cheeses till I became to big to play in the big pool of balls. I got booted from the joint when I was 6 years old, after they said I was too freakish to hang with the others. This Chuck E Cheese didn't have that, plenty of kids too big were running around as if they were pretending to be apes in a jungle. Overall, Chuck E Cheese is the ultimate playground where children can enjoy arcade games, mini-amusement like rides, lots of junk food, and an opportunity to be themselves around like minded kids. For us adults, its a time to play the ultimate baby sitter in the land of other baby sitters and their kids. We are forced to pay for the overpriced food, deal with the screaming kids that we can't discipline, and attempt to play with kids without ever climbing onto these contraptions. And at this Chuck E Cheese, there is plenty of room for everyone to do whatever they want and for the kids this is permanent recess. After reading some of the less than stellar reviews and visiting last night I can understand what they mean. Lets start with the good pizza was good, not so great warmed up at home but that stuffed crust was goooood. There was a dance that chuck e did with the kids , my daughter had a blast. She did ask why he was on the stage and on dancing. It was hilarious, she just kept saying "it doesnt make sense, plus the one on the stage is scary." the dance was cute and they got free tickets. The games seem updated The women working the counter were patient and nice. The play card with minutes is neat. The picture from another review of the left alone drill....I saw it. This time it was with the maintenance man, but even with him walking around there was a large screw left out by a game. The skee ball game speaker panel kept popping open. A lot of machines were out of tickets. I stopped to talk to a young guy sweeping next to the games that were out of tickets. As I tried telling him my observations of ticket and game issues he cut me off and said "well I have to sweep, you can find someone who works the floor for the games to help you with that" Uhhh...I mean I get sweeping is his job at the moment but maybe saying "let me find someone to help you." or directing me to the person who can. Except for the women behind the counter everyone else seemed like they we miserable. Cleanliness of this place is mediocre, it's a kids place so I get it can't be super clean. There were really filled trashcans in the dining area and bathrooms, and food under the tables ( so much for that important sweeping). We were there for a little over 2 hrs and in that time the filled trash got fuller and the food was still on the floor. Its a nice time to just do something different but don't expect common courtesy from most of the employees on the floor and expect to be a bit grossed out by the bathrooms and dining floors. read more

As a parent I've spent a fair amount of time in Chuck E Cheese locations. But, I really enjoyed this one, they seem to have more space. When I was little, Chuck E Cheese pizza tasted like cardboard with greasy cheese on it, but not anymore. The pizza tasted good and was a great value. The talking animatronic characters still creep me the F out, but the kids seem to dig it. Lots of games and space for the kids to play. I love that Chuck E Cheese checks to make sure that parents are going home with the right kids. If you need to host a childrens birthday party, this is the place to go. read more

I love it here because all employees are super nice, but my nephews and nieces love Diego(wears glasses) because he is very polite and takes the time to know the children and E when we have a question he responds back in a courteous way and it looks like he enjoys his job. They have removed all the slides, tubes etc. #2 They have removed some games to give the proper social distancing and 20 - 25% of the games that are still in place do not work. #3 The stage Characters look broken do not really work just the animated video on tv so no point sitting in the stage area. #4 the electronic kiosks that you can get game cards or reload time are all out of order everything must be purchased on the food line registers (long line) #5 adult beverage maximum is 2 drinks they don't tell you this upfront and nothing posted so you wait in a long line just to look like you are 86'D from a bar drunk lol #7 they don't card you by looking at ID or swiping they physically enter your info into the computer. Not sure but found it odd they record all info off the front of your driver's license and enter it into the system. #8 Food was not that good. My friend ordered pizza, chicken wings, salads and sandwiches for the party. The sandwiches are surprisingly very tasty, we love it and finished all two trays. When she wanted to order more, they said they ran out of bread hmm??? there was 5 birthday party on that Sunday, should they be more well-prepared for it?. Wanted to take some time today to specifically thank the staff at this location. It was a T-Mobile Tuesday and T-Mobile evidently chose CEC to hand out free personal one topping pizzas to all T-Mobile customers (I said T-Mobile a lot) yes free! I was definitely expecting long lines, obnoxious children and annoyed staff. My expectations were wrong and boy am I glad it was! The line though, was extremely long.. EVERYONE in the line was of course, there for the freebies. Though the line was long, it was moving along at an exceptionally fast rate. Everything was clean, salad bar looked inviting and monitored, floors=spotless and the luring strong Parmesan cheese aroma from way back when I was a kiddo wasn't there anymore...Oh the memories! Our cashier was the friendliest cashier which totally took me by surprise, after seeing how many customers were there JUST for the redemption she didn't seem the least annoyed or angry :) instead, she smiled and still seemed eager to carry on to the next customers getting them in and out. Chuck E. Cheese's pizza, never fails. Never will. Ever since I was a kid who came everyday after school I always looked forward to their pizza! When I walked in with my family he immediately greeted my kids and gave them golden tickets to open. My son was feeding off his energy and was so excited to open his ticket.
