I was waited on by a really nice young man named Antonio he got me a good deal for a child that I had there that I was bringing for just the day he came and asked me if the food was good he went and got me napkins he was very helpful I thought he was manager because of how helpful he was. Haven't been to Chuck E cheese in a long time so I didn't realize that your card when you use it if you win anything it goes on to your card the only thing is how do you know that it is going on to your card cuz sometimes these machines don't work that's my only question especially when the kid playing thinks he's getting points. They're definitely more pricier than they used to be but if it's just once in awhile I guess spending money there is okay. Anyway thank you Antonio for being so nice. read more

The STAFF is AMAZING ! example: our son had won a prize - the staff gave him his prize he then got so excited and was assembling the toy and then it broke , my husband fixed it but it had a dent, the staff member just gave him a new one anyways and he was the happiest ever! Now that's customer care and service!!!! The staff is super kind about helping with broken games and giving us tokens for the ones lost The place is very well kept and clean Their pizza is always bomb ! The only reason why I give them a 4/5 is because they need to add more games But overall I love this location! We came back and had my son's birthday party here for the FIRST time & it was such an amazing experience. TRUST ME when I tell you that the staff went over and beyond to make our day the best, easiest and carefree day EVER! Everyone at our party was well cared for The staff were all so helpful and hospitable with us and our guest! This was my last stop on my Uber Eats shift so I thought well this should be a breeze, food chain, plenty of parking, should be sufficient staff to help me get in and out quickly. If there's something my mother taught me that's stayed with me it's to never jump to conclusions. I walked in to this bizarre place (seriously I was never into a giant rat walking around food as a kid) a chicken robot singing on a stage and employees zooming past me too busy to greet anyone except for the guy in front of the door. I walked up to the front counter to ask for my delivery and there was no one there. Chuck E should invest in some self service check in screens at this point because I waited approximately 10 min for a staff to come by and help me out. During these 10 minutes a line of unruly kids and checked out parents waited behind me as well. During the time span there was a young man who was handling the prize register station, he was extremely busy so I of course didn't expect him to help me right away. A young woman walked out from the kitchen wearing a onesie and also walked past the growing line of guests without greeting anybody but instead asked the young man (Jesse) to split himself into two human beings and handle both the front counter AND the prize counter. Now, I haven't worked in customer service for a couple of years and I don't ever plan on returning for this simple reason. In who's mind does it make sense to ask an individual to leave a post where he is actively helping one guest to help another? There is an obvious lack of management skills here as well as organization of staff. One guy was aimlessly wandering the floor, one was for God knows what reason at the door. Im going to give the manager free game here but in matters where it's extremely busy I think its ok to sacrifice a door greeter in order to help customers waiting in line. I do want to thank Jesse for spreading himself thin and undergoing the unnecessary stress that this job requires of him. Thank you for still having the decency to greet me, help me and communicate with me because it's obvious your shift lead is still learning these simple human qualities. read more

Chuck E. Cheese is awesome. This place is great but the ticket values do not get you much in terms of redemption. If they bring back the animatronics they will have repeat customers due to nostalgia. There are other places that still have ball pits (Main place mall Candeeland). Check them out for a true Chuck E. Cheese style experience. read more

Smells Horrific. Dirty. Unorganized. I saw 3 people working the entire time i was there. We had to wait at least 5 minutes at the entrance gate to get in and then wait to leave. The games are in horrible condition and absolutely filthy. Most of the games were those weird coin pusher type games.. strange assortment to be quite honest. We had to wait almost ten minutes to get a shitty prize, when I say Shitty I mean shitty. I remember this place when I was a kid, it sure is a shit hole now. read more

My Grandson had his 8th Birthday party the 2nd week of December '23. The staff was great, the food was good and had loads of fun. I wanted to give much appreciation to the whole team at Chuck E Cheese in Huntington. I can't remember everyone's name. But from the greeters when my son and I arrived. To the manager when we left, deserve 10 stars. My son had a great time on his 1st time at Chuck E's. However, at the end like many kids had a tantrum of all tantrum when we left. Of course as I was in Dad mode I lost a few items one of them was our Points Card (and son's shoes once again Dad moment wife should have been with me..lol..) When we came back rep Matthew was so attentive and empathasized with me and took care of us with approval from management. Very bad experience today. 1st nobody at front counter to take orders. 2nd order is placed but receipt that goes to kitchen did not print all the way so guess what they did they did not cook our order. Instead of locating us they forgot about us. So now we are waiting for an order that's not coming out. So 45 minutes pass I go ask and that's when I knew that hey we didn't even cook it. STAY AWAY!!! We hosted our son's 3rd bday here last Saturday. The party itself was good and everyone had fun but within 36 hours, both of my kids got violently ill from food poisoning. We didn't think much of it until we found out that several other guests at the party did too. In all, 5 adults and 8 children, out of a total of 25 people at the party, got sick. Chuck E Cheese has a niche with families with you g kids. What differentiates them is the location, the size, and the available entertainment. This location has a lot of variety when it comes to the toys that the kids can play with. They have a tunnel slide which very few have nowadays. They also have a closed off toddler area which is awesome is you have smaller children. When I'm in the area, my kids really enjoy this location which keeps me bringing them back. read more

I hadn't been to a Chuck E Cheese's since I was a kid! Now that I have a little one, we decided to celebrate her first birthday here. They set up and clean up for you, provide entertainment for the kids, so we virtually don't have to do anything or plan any entertainment! Besides the delicious pizzas they make here, this place has changed a whole lot from what I remembered coming here as a young troublemaker. They have stuffed crust pizzas (my FAVE), chicken wings, salad bar, appetizers, and the best part.. They now serve BEER and WINE! Hallelujah!! Alejandro helped with our pre-planning and Nathan was our helper on the day of the party. Both were incredibly friendly and helpful. It wouldn't have been such a successful party without their support. We were even allowed to set up a cake table! Chuck E Cheese's is NOT overrated!! It actually lives up to the hype I remembered it being 20+ years ago. Those giant robotic characters on stage still do scare the living bejesus outta me, but otherwise the games are fun, place is clean, service is friendly, and food is good. My only complaint would be that some of the games didn't work properly (the dancing game with the dance pad had broken stomp pads that didn't register), some of the games needed the ticket reels replaced so we didn't get some tickets when we played. But overall, everyone had a great time, even the grown-ups. I mean, maybe I'll celebrate my birthday here next LOL. read more

No complaints here and we live close to this area and so we come here pretty often. Yes, this is an older location and it's not the cleanest but it's still a gem and my little one enjoys it here. We have to stay grateful for places like this that are still open because there's not too many options to take your child on a rainy day or just to have some fun other than the playground. They attend to us right away when we walk in and always check our wrists to make sure we match (Kid Check) which to me as a parent is everything in regards to safety. I love that the "older kid" area is separated from the toddler area. Lots of space for your toddler to run around. The toddler games are fun and age appropriate. The pizza is delicious. The bathrooms are decently clean and the staff do their best to help people out at the counter. Overall, we love this place. I just sanitize/wash his hands upon leaving. Really thankful this place is still open and highly recommend for the not too picky. read more

It was so silly, but my teenage daughter insisted on a bday party at Chuck E. Cheese...a whole decade after her 4th birthday...never thought I'd throw another Chuck E. Bday extravaganza! I had it on a Friday night...their last time slot...the toddlers were all gone...it was empty and the teenagers were able to run around without running over little kids! It was THE BEST! They thought it was hilarious! It was nostalgic...a "throw-back" ...mind you it was NOT that long ago that they were little themselves...but shh...don't remind the teens! It was cute to see kids being kids even at their age and having a good time "playing"...only a mommy would use this word, but it was good ol "wholesome" FUN! And Serenity, our hostess was AWESOME! She just amused the teenagers with their nonsense and rolled with it! Super helpful and attentive. I really appreciated having her there. Overall, a GREAT positive experience! I really think Chuck E. Wow!! What an amazing trip we had today @ this location.The staff was so friendly and helpful. 5 star customer service. Chucky was very clean especially for 7pm at night!! The bathroom was clean. We have been to this location several times and prefer it over Garden Grove. Let's be honest parents working here can NOT be any easy job. Most 60% or more of the parents/guardians are texting on there phones; ignoring there childern eating pizza sitting on there butt. These parents attach a card to the child on a florescent colored arm bracelet and let the child run free like some kind of monkey let out of a cage on a rampage. NOT KIDDING! Example tonight I watched a 2 year old charge the little gate thingy at the front entrance. The staff was so gentle with this 2 year....making sure he didn't escape. His little fingers trying to pry the gate open. Where's his parent I thought to my self? MIA of course ! Where else is NOT watching your child in public acceptable??? No Where! These reviews on here where parents are complaining about the management etc very laughtable. When it comes right down to it 99.9 % of us parents could not do this job, in fact we go to college and get educated so we never have to work any kind of customer service again!! Yet we want to criticize those who do this job so quickly. I read some of the other reviews it sounds like some parents we just having a bad day with there childern on this site. Whining! Pouting! Hey maybe some parents on this site should examine their own behavior , start watching there childern and be a parent; and stop beating upon poor chucky employees. Crumbs, sauce and other nasty crap I had to clean with some baby wipes before I sat down. 2. YELP has it advertised that the Medium pizza is $12.49. The MOD stated she doesn't know why yelp has it posted that way because the price is $13.99 and she can't change it nor honor the price. I told her that it's not something that another yelper posted, it's part of the "offers", and I even showed her. Your staff needs to learn "customer service". Maybe the district manager should re-evaluate the mgmt staff at this location. read more

I really like this location and I've been here about two times. During those two times, I've had good experiences with my little girl. I love how this location has deals at times, so you gotta come to find out what's the deal of the deal/ week or whatever they have going on. Like for example they had a good deal this time around and it was for 30 bucks. Of course I bought other stuff, so I spent a total of 50 which wasn't bad because we don't stay that long. My daughter gets tired and over things pretty quick. She just turned 6, and this was one of the places she picked to come. Big parking space, I've seen it get packed during the weekends, but during mid day it's open. read more
