DO NOT USE CHRONOPOST. There - I warned you - now it's in your hands. I sent overnight a credit card and cell phone to a friend in Portugal who needed the items next day. Three days later, they have no idea where the items are, my friend is leaving Portugal, and I'm completely out of luck. Their phone lines over and over again repeat "Phone lines are all busy, please try again later", so you can't get through to anyone. Stuck. Out of luck. Nobody there to help. This is awful. For a company whose raison d'etre is to deliver parcels, Chronopost levels of service are bad and they have no notion of customer service if a complaint is raised. They do not care. Repeated experiences make me conclude their policy is either to (a) claim they tried to deliver but no-one was in (downright lies ...and why don't they leave a note if they really called?!) or (b) claim they can't find the house (this despite our house appearing by name on Google Map and with road views on Google Street. CONCLUSION: CHRONOPOST IS A DELIVERY COMPANY THAT DELIVERS VERY LITTLE. DO YOUR VERY BEST TO AVOID THEM. read more

Chronopst sucks! This service is supposed to deliver packages fast! I am supposed to get a package from sweden. Since the 30th of november it is in France but they are unable to deliver it to me for whatever reason. And I cannot call the line because all of them are busy or they just cut the line after 6 minutes of waiting. It is a nightmare. read more

Horrible, horrible service. Nice staff but absolutely no sense of accountability. My package of official, time sensitive documents is out there somewhere in the ethers, a week after it was sent and 5 days after it was supposed to arrive. I sincerely wish I'd checked the reviews before I sent it. Should have gone with Fedex, that's for sure. read more
