One package was delivered & signed for, the other (way more valuable) package was not. When using track & trace, it was reported that the package I signed for wasn't even in the country while the other was claimed as having been delivered. Initially when contacting Chronopost, they told me to wait for the end of day for another van. It never showed up. Then it was supposed to arrive the next day. They never showed up again. And when using the tracking number, they reported that it had been delivered again ! Twice now ! I'm obviously very angry at this point, and have sent both amazon & chronopost proof regarding the matter together with the tracking information which didn't make any sense at all. Chronopost didn't reply to me at all now, but suddenly the next day after me going public with this out of the blue my package is delivered at my doorstep. I signed it with date, time, signature & tracking number just to be sure. I'm furious at Chronopost.
