No happy at all with the treatment we recieved here! I took my daughter to see Dr. Graham for back…read moreissues she has been having. We were referred to him through our Doctor after physical therapy failed to help alleviate the pain and her MRI showed some abnormalities. The whole appointment took less then 10 minutes and that included an additional back xray. When I asked about the MRI he basically told me MRI's are not very reliable because it only magnifies things that are not important and there was nothing he could do but prescribe prescription strength pain killers. My daughter left the office in tears. I will definitely be getting a second opinion and would not recommend him.

Dr Joseph Graham performed a Kyphoplasty/balloon back surgery on me in April 2018. I am happy with…read morethe surgery for the most part. What I'm not happy with is that every time I was scheduled for a follow up with him, I ended up seeing his PA. I was never given the option. I'm also upset that according to him everything went as planned. However once I received a copy of the surgery notes I read that he was able to stabilize the compression fractures I had but he wasn't able to expand the balloons to get the vertebrae back to their correct sizes. I feel like since that is part of the procedure, he should have told me that. Not tell me it went great and as planned. Second complaint is one of the secretaries lied to me about an MRI report. I had an MRI done on a Monday. I called to follow up on Friday morning since I hadn't heard anything. The secretary told me that they didn't have the report because I hadn't picked it up and sent it to them. I was never told to pick up the MRI. I thought that since they ordered it and he's part of the hospital system that he would get the report. So I ran to the hospital ASAP and overnighted the report first thing Saturday so they would have it sometime Monday. Then at 8:45am on Monday the PA (not the doctor) called me to give me the details of my report. I checked and the copy I sent hadn't arrived yet. When I called the hospital to see when they sent the report to them I was told it had been sent the day after my MRI. I asked the PA how he had my report since the secretary had told me they didn't have it. He avoided the subject. That really added to my displeasure. I feel like they misrepresented what my outcome would be prior to surgery and then misrepresented how the surgery went. When I had asked for the MRI because I was still having considerable pain in the muscles, the PA told me that if it came back as clear then I was out of luck? What does that mean? Again he danced around my questions. They didn't give details when they ordered the MRI. The report doesn't even discuss those muscles in any way. It only discusses the spine. So I paid for an MRI that didn't even look at the area I was having issues. Very disappointed overall.
