We had our entire family here with a total of 5 auto policies and 1 renters policy. We have all left and taken our business elsewhere! This agent has dropped the ball and fell short of what customer service and professionalism truly stands for! On numerous occasions to say the least, we have all had an issue with her professionalism on an individual basis. Phena Demyon just does meet the mark whatsoever! Phena will sell you with a good song and dance. But when it comesU to delivering she continues to fall short of being an Insurance professional! We have all left this company due to the Phena's unprofessionalism and her lack of finalizing tasks! But the straw that broke the camels back was when the payment portal was having technical issues and one of our policies were canceled. I have screenshots to prove the system was not working. But did not receive any satisfaction from the issue. After the policy was canceled Phena told us it would take Mercury Insurance 15 days to rewrite our policy! You have to be kidding me! So this Insurance Agent thought it was okay that we be without an automobile policy for 15days?!!! So what were we supposed during the 15days it would take underwriting to rewrite the policy? I have been insuring my vehicles for over 30yrs and I have never heard of this non-sense ever! I immediately called another company and had the same policy with Mercury the same day. 15days huh? Told us we couldn't drive off the lot without it. We bought a travel trailer, and liability insurance comes from the tow vehicle. But I did call AAI (American Adventure Insurance. Price was merely ok. I flat out asked them if their was a financial relationship between them and the RV dealer and AAI rep told me "no". But here's where I got annoyed. They sent the RV dealer a copy of my insurance quote with all my info without asking or informing me. When I called AAI back to make a comment about this privacy issue the a different rep apologized, but also told me the dealer did in fact get a "kick back" if we bought their insurance. BTW, our AAI quote was from Progressive. We called our State Farm rep and got a much lower quote with much better coverage.

I have called 6 times now in the past month. I am always leaving a message with customer service…read moreand no one gets back to me. I am thinking about buying a new car, but how can I if I can't add it to my policy because I can't reach anyone but customer service who can't make any changes? My old broker was awesome, they sold to Inzone and I am highly disappointed. The hours are awful M-F 8-5. . It turns out I did get call back from them but it showed as Spam Risk...so I saved that number so I would not miss the call again, but I am at work M-F during those hours and beyond, so I spend my lunch calling them and then if they call back while I am working I can't answer my phone-especially for Spam Risk calls! I've also updated my number from my spouse and they keep calling the wrong number and my spouse won't answer Spam Risk ever. How hard is it to save the contact information? I have to shop around. I have 5 cars I need to insure, and will be buying another very soon. This has wasted much of my time, and I work 65 hours a week. I don't have time to waste.
