Jan was caught and ordered to repay ,HSBC bank Conklin NY ,I was a customer at this bank ,I did not know THIS she had them take my money to repay the $10,000 while JoAnn had falsified my banking statements to make everything look legit,I was at JANS house (the garage ) she was leaving to pick up her daughter She left, her husband was sleeping already,I left about 20 minutes later (I lived about a 1/8 mile ) down the road ,noticed a car right behind me no lights on went past my street turned down Lotus went to a friend's house the RED lights come on ,did the field sobriety tests but no PORTABLE breathalyzer,was put in the back seat right side then drove over to the state police barracks pulled up to the door (right side ) I'm watching what's going on put the car in Park ,and sat there for a while ,thinking someone was coming out to open the door ,then the passenger get out open the door went inside the breath alizer was there blew into it then taken to a different room ,when it was through he asked who he wanted to call for me to be picked up I said JAN it seemed quick that she was there ,she came up to me asked if i was ok ,ok so now I'm thinking i have all this money saved im ok ,she gad a strong alcohol on her ger breath also ,need an attorney now not DOUG yet contacted Lory Rouche she said it will be $1000 paid before the court date , still thinking i have a good amount saved NOT A DIME,HSBC bank CONKLIN ny took it all ! Just remember NO ONE said a thing about Jan stealing her mother's credit card and checks and making RESTITUTION .I had gone to the state police Kirkwood NY they said I needed PROOF that had accured I had paid a lot to get everything in my hands they I showed them that there was no money psychically in my account but the statement showed it was in there ,now the games begin Chris Bamgardner was the investigator to blow smoke lied about everything then William Dangler 20 year veteran brought JAN in and changed her story now the money was on my table in my house nope ,guess again boys this is about $10,000 not $10 dollars,so kept on this kept asking questions then Dangler told me if I come back in here I'm going to be arrested for TRESPASSING,at the barracks . Had received a phone call it was Chris Wegan fraud investigator for HSBC bank he told me that JAN was going to be ARRESTED for the FORGED CHECKS mine ,she was kicked out of the bank for THEFT and FRAUD ,this was great news!!! guess again ,I drove to HSBC bank Syracuse NY spoke to Chris in his office looked around saw pictures of his wife, kids ,now I'm asking him about this phone call he has left me "he tells me that this was from another CHRIS WEGAN now there is 2 of them .I told him about the State Police changing the story around and now you are doing the same ,WHY I told him that she was a PROSTITUTE he flipped out he said let's talk some place else we went down this the street level and he was walking towards the DOORS (OUTSIDE) I stopped we were face to face '"I asked him why he took my money ,he said she doesn't have anything,he shoved me I took a( DRAMATIC FALL yelling , screaming only to gain attention)then the COWARD calls the SYRACUSE POLICEMAN ,JAN STONE is from Conklin NY she ,had sold Tupperware and party light candles in the past JAN STONE is HIGHLY PROTECTED by BROOME COUNTY NY

Despite some good Google reviews, and claiming to be the #1 lawyer in upstate NY for traffic tickets and DUI, they never returned my calls (three of them), despite promising multiple times that the call would be returned before the end of the day. I was dumb enough to believe that and waited for many days, before going with another lawyer for help just in time. Apparently, being the "#1 attorney" means never returning client calls. If you enjoy playing phone tag with unresponsive lawyers while your court date looms, these are your people. Otherwise, you'll be better off finding someone who actually cares about helping their clients.
