I've only ever been treated here for GP-related things (everything from a blood test to a bad cold). Almost every time I've gone I've met with a different doctor, and they were all very friendly, helpful, and had a way of putting me at ease. There was even a time when I nearly fainted while getting my blood drawn, and (though quite embarrassing), two people rushed in to bring me water and chocolate, and then carried me to a room to lie down. Even though I felt fine after 15 minutes, they insisted I stay longer and kept checking in on me. I felt very taken care of can't imagine a lot of other places that would have done the same. If there were ever anything they couldn't directly diagnose, they gave me the names of several specialists and a quick referral slip. What's also nice is the option to book an appointment online. Especially if your German isn't great (note: I'm not sure if they have English-speaking doctors, but it would surprise me if they didn't), it's nice to be able to look up the right words and choose a time and date that suit you best. The practice is also located in a beautiful, classic Hamburg building and the space is very nice and clean, with high ceilings and a spacious waiting area.

I was pleasantly surprised by his practice as well as his services. The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish and I found that he is a very modern doctor. You can set up appointments via his website, his practice is well designed and comfortable, he takes his time to listen and understand what your problems are and gives good advice without preaching. I will continue to use his services as he won me over with the quality he offers. His assistant is also very nice and makes the experience that much better although you won't see moch of her. You tend to get in when your appointemtn is scheduled without any annoying waiting time. Highly recommend this guy if you are looking for a doctor.
