I am so grateful that they are still in business if only a shadow of what they once were. They are the only pharmacy left in town and they TRY. I have driven the 20 miles to the next closest pharmacy and had the same experience there that Andie C had in Sisters, except that I was left with the choice of driving 40 miles home and back or hanging out in another town with nothing to do but wait for the pharmacists to catch up.

Ummm...I handed it directly to you a few minutes ago!! For the love of Pete?! I know they're busy with a lot going on but how inept are they? You don't remember me handing up a piece of paper literally moments ago?! I asked if they could please rush it as I was supposed to start taking them this morning. I was told it would be at least 30+ minutes. I asked to speak with the pharmacist, a manager, someone who could actually assist me. The pharmacist comes to the counter and says he can put it to the front of the line & the receptionist says it already is. I ask, "the front of the line is still going to be 30+ minutes?" What a joke of an organization. If I had any other choice I'd run there now. Unfortunately, I don't have the means to drive to Redmond or Bend. SISTERS DRUG IS SUBPAR AT BEST. The roads where icey that day and we had a 9 hour drive from Northern CA and where running tremendously late and these ladies still held our meeting even though they where supposed to be off the clock (I am NOT it's OK to be that late and I am still embarrassed lol, but I am saying that they where insanely understanding and we are so thankful). They where full of amazing ideas for our wedding florals, found a way to make both my Fiancé and my crazy ideas work into our proposal (we're talking moss, faux leather, items that are out of season, etc) and worked with our budget.
