Company is Shady. They CLAIM to have insured a flooring installer, and still have yet to show us proof otherwise. We needed to make a claim, as a child in my daycare was hurt due to the flooring install, and instead of providing that information, instead Susan responds with "Scott told me not to send you over anything" This is so he can't get sued, and this company apparently thinks that is A-OK for a 2 year old child to get stiches, and to cover it up. BTW DO NOT USE OPTIMUM Flooring. He will come in do the job, leave, take ur money and then blame issues on the flooring itself. Good Luck getting anywhere with any of these two companies. They are Shady. Be careful. read more

No one understands that this agency doesn't control the rates. Chris and Susan (my agents) write for several different insurance providers and provide you with the best rate and policy available. They, at no way, control the rates and do the best they can to provide the best service available. Sue and Chris are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I've had my insurance with them since I was 16 and I wouldn't take my business elsewhere. I love the small town feel even though I live in Grand Rapids. They remember me and always treat me with respect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their company. read more

DO NOT USE THIS TITLE COMPANY. This company is completely irresponsible and pays no attention to…read moredetail. They consistently fail at doing their one job: to properly file a title and deed. Our Realtor used this company to close on a piece of property and not only did they have the wrong person sign the deed, but after realizing they made a mistake and trying to correct it, they had the wrong person sign the quick-claim deed, which has resulted in another long delay in a closing process for our loan. So not only did they make a MAJOR mistake the first time, they made the SAME mistake the second time. Clearly this title company does not pay attention to detail and does not care about their customers. I strongly advise against using this company. We have had an absolutely horrible experience with this company and are still waiting to have the problems they caused with our deed resolved. There are several other companies in the area, and we recommend using anyone but Oceana Land Title.
