What language I don't threaten nothing like that I did get irritated due to the fact she was cutting me off mid sentence just to say that there was none scheduled, like of corse I'm calling you to schedule one overall worst place to go to I've been in paint over 7 months and all they say is give it time like uvm must be a joke at this point, didn't know you guys only get as far as flu shots, everything else you guys say is "rare" or never seen is that something you want to hear from a doctor? I wouldn't if your looking for real help with pain don't waste your time go to Dartmouth or Boston, uvm doesn't even know how to hit your vain with a needle the first time, like they haven't been shown and payed heavily for what they "do" haven't seen much help from them other than the pass it onto the next part of uvm they don't know what they are doing at all, absolute ludicrous that they get payed so much to sit there and not know what to do, this is mainly talking about the emg department/ front desk you need to get them checked out, why they are so snappy to everything I say I have no clue but take some heart to your job actually care, witch clearly has never happened and never will until they fix there front desk tone and language overall the worst part of uvm

I don't recommend this place. Went for my 1st appointment…read morebeginning of Dec. I had neck fusion by the top Neurosurgeons 6 years prior to moving to Vermont. My lumbar pain unfortunately is getting worse (30 years off and on, many ESI's) They took x-rays of neck and lower back. Met with a PA, who barely addressed my back(chief complaint) I suggested another ESI, was told they would send referral. Several days. No call. So I called and spoke with Greg, the PA's assistant. He said he put it in. Ok. Several more days. Nothing. I called back. Greg said he didn't put the referral in. So he lied. Why? Asked for supervisor. None available, but they'll call me. Over a week now.....nothing. FYI- I was misled by website and person I spoke with, that my spine(records) would be reviewed by a specialist. Greg told me later, only if I request it. In Vermont. In a lot of pain. Best medical care. What a joke.
