Forget refill requests from providers. They're never processed on time and I ALWAYS have to be the go-between and call the practice to have them reply to the request. I'm told these things are handled by the same person. Not department, person!! And this incompetency has continued for many YEARS. This is unacceptable. I was skeptical when they did and didn't want to pay the fee so switched offices. Big mistake! There is no another office that cares as much! In fact during the time I was at another office I had a mystery illness that the other office couldn't solve (and in fact I am positive they didn't even believe what I was saying). Dr Amick spent hours with me going over everything that had occurred and spent many hours on his own researching possibilities.
