She told me at work one time, that she can be the biggest bitch, well....her words...Also, why would you use language like that at work with children, and furthermore, why would you say it in a form of bragging? Does it make you feel better to act that way? All of the time I heard she was having anxiety and the reason for her being rude, but i'm sorry, if you can't treat others with respect on a daily basis, then you shouldn't be in the position you're in. Having anxiety is no excuse! Why do people want to continuously create enemies? She kept telling me for the longest time how I was going to get extra help with the kitchen stuff at Onalaska, and no offense, but her idea of getting me more help was by hiring someone who could only open cans of food and turn the stove on. Couldn't count, had a hard time with other things, and it isn't his fault because he has a disability, but at the same time, SHE needed to hire someone who could completely help me. Why hire someone when I could have easily done things myself! Yet, I had to walk on egg shells because of him and the fact that even something like stirring food after being dumped into another container or pot was too much....makes no sense!! People like her are the worst kind. She will ALWAYS have anxiety, and when you have someone who possess' so much evil, they are their own worst enemy, and it will eat them alive, and I hope it eats her alive. Meanwhile, I'll be done with school and on my way to the career i've always wanted. I was a kitchen manager and NEVER treated like one. Oh, and both locations (North and Onalaska) just LOVES to monitor you on their stupid camera monitors in their office, especially Jennie! I am not mad anymore, I feel sorry for people like them. Our children have wonderful, caring teachers that have worked with us on many occasions to make sure the Center's learning environment is appropriate for our children's development stage and current goals. We have had parent/teacher conferences to assess how they are meeting our child's development goals. Our children are excited to go there every day and I enjoy the communication from the teachers and the Director on how their day was. Parent's Night Out is an awesome way to get a night out with the ease of knowing your children are well taken care of in an environment they already know. There are also Parent meetings with the Director to discuss how things are going at the Center and what we would like to see changed or at least addressed. With the addition of a Spanish teacher, other activities such as water days in the summer, theme weeks and art projects, our children are being constantly stimulated and are always excited to be there.

We feel so terrible now not realizing how bad it really was and that we had no idea. Given the amount of baby safety violations, I am alarmed they were allowed to stay open as long as they were. There were definitely some good things going on there but no consistency and things always seemed really stressful. I always had a bad feeling that I should have listened to instead of trying to see past it. We've heard they are going to try to re-open with the same leadership and I find this very upsetting, hence this post.
