My impression is that Les Thermes uses their prime location to bring clients in and employs untrained staff and does not maintain their facilities in order to make a profit. None of the staff seemed to know what exactly to do. When starting my service, I was stuck uncomfortably in the corner between the check-in desk and changing rooms. Then, I was told that the service listed on the website, was out of date and would be €10 more, it wasn't their fault that the website wasn't updated. My manicurist was very obviously not licensed or trained, cut my fingers a couple of times instead of the cuticle (and tried to rub the blood into my cuticle so I wouldn't notice?). The equipment was worn, and I try not to think about whether or not it had been sanitized properly. I opted not to continue with the pedicure, so I cannot comment on this service. I would not recommend it to anyone.
