The first thing to say is that if you are a man and are worried that Nicole won't be able to really give you a very, very deep tissue massage, you are mistaken. Nicole can MORE than give you a deep tissue massage. When you tell her to go deep, she takes you at your word. Secondly, the space is lovely. The table was heated, the room was soothing and quiet and Nicole is very personable. I'll be recommending her to everyone and will be going back for a visit.

They have a network of therapists to help ensure you get in. Second, they are really easy to find in downtown Watkins Glen. It's easy to find them which makes for a relaxing day. Right now they are under a bit of construction which may be a turn-off. Fortunately the quality of massage makes up for it. An hour here was worth my time and money. If you need a little break and are in Watkins Glen consider giving them a try.

It was just what I needed. I would come back here the next time that we are in town.

I ended up here because I bought a Groupon. It was normally $125 and I got the massage which was 90 minutes for $44. The Groupon was originally $55 but there was a special for an extra 20% off. Jim also gives discounts to those who use a Groupon on their first massage, for their next massage. The area is small, but comfortable. It's a little hard to find but Jim waits outside for his clients so that he can guide you in. I went in with a bum arm having injured it a couple days ago and he put on a topical ointment free of charge that made it feel a lot better. I will definitely be going back to Jim for another massage and I recommend you do too.

However, he didn't ask once during the 90 minute massage how the pressure was! It is essential to ask your customers for feedback and you especially need to ask how the pressure is. It was a little too hard for me and I'm sure I was tensing up but even then he didn't ask me if it was too hard. Also, not a big big deal but he ended the massage 7 minutes early. If I'm getting and paying for a massage, I expect the massage to go the full 90 minutes, not end 7 minutes early. Another reason why I'm only giving it 3 stars was the terrible communication and how hard it was to get an appointment. I called, texted, and emailed Jim multiple times to try to schedule an appointment and he didn't call me back for 2 weeks! And then when I finally did get ahold of him he wasn't able to schedule me in for 2 more months! I understand if you're busy but it's not that hard to send a quick text back saying that he got my voicemails and he will respond as soon as he can. I would have given up if I didn't have a groupon. I'm not sure if I would go back again- probably not if I couldn't get ahold of him or if he couldn't schedule me in again for months.
