When asked to move, the workers were mostly rude and very slow in moving. We finally had to call the cops and threaten them to get out of the alley way that they were blocking.

Got a quote/proposal to remove existing trees and plant 6 news ones. I purchased the new trees…read moreelsewhere, which arrived as decsribed -Thompson spoke to the tree provider numerous times before they provided the original quote so they should have been prepared. When the trees arrived, they asked for more money (because they decided they needed to rent equipment) this was above and beyond their oroiginal quote though it should not have been. In the end - the trees were not planted properly, and were damaged severly in the process. To top it all off, their equipment broke down spraying hydraulic oil extensively on other existing trees damaging and killing them. Additionally, they caused extensive damage to fences and sidewalks with their equipment. We were left with a mess of sink holes, unlevel ground, damage to trees, fences, yard and sidewalks. Even after paying them their original quote plus some additional funds to rent equipment - we will have to hire some professionals to come in and clean up Thompson's mess. STAY AWAY from these guys - they were unprofessional and in over their heads for a job removing old trees and planting new trees.
