I had an injection at L3,L4 for sciatica. This is my 2nd injection, first in Nov 2024. I am thrilled with the results!

Dr Winkler just did my 3rd ablations, I literally crawled out of my skin in pain the first 2 days, and now 5 days later, I have to move very gingerly, the slightest move in the wrong direction sends me through the roof. My sciatica is WORSE NOT BETTER. This doctor REALLY HURT ME BAD. It makes no sense to me that the first 2 were so easy, but this one f'd me up more than it helped. I should NOT be in this much pain. It had to be his technique or lack there of. I am scheduled for another ablation in my neck and I Do Not feel safe letting Dr Winkler do it. I'll never do it again! The first 2 helped me tremendously. If my first one had been this bad I'd have never done it again. I'm VERY UPSET he hurt me so badly. If I had not already had it done PROPERLY twice prior, I'd have had no idea this was not normal.

I have been treated with respect and concern for my well being. Someone here claims that the…read moreaddress on Carefree is wrong. Sorry Kyle, YOU are mistaken. The address listed is correct. The staff is on top of everything, and Shannon Rodriguez is kind, compassionate, she listened carefully and most important she's been thorough. Scheduling an appointment has been a breeze! It sort of seems like maybe a few people here are trolls or just like to complain. I'd have given them 5 stars but I believe we should always strive for improvement.

I had such high hopes for Fenix Health (formerly Colorado Institute For Pain Management), but…read moresomething is seriously wrong with the office staff. My initial paperwork was "lost" 4 times (2x fax, USPS Priority Mail w/ Tracking and even Fedex Overnight with Signature Required). My 5th "successful" attempt was a combination of fax and a hand deliver to their Colorado Springs office (I am in Castle Rock.). It took weeks for them to tell me that I had to see the NP, Joanne, to begin treatment when I kept trying to make an appointment with Dr. Tyler and being told he didn't have availability. At my first appointment I gave a sample for a tox screen. No problem. Nothing to hide. I was told that my first Rx depended on the results of that screen. If it is clear an Rx would be called in to my pharmacy in about a week. After two weeks I called and was told they didn't have results yet (for a test that many other offices do in house???). The third week I was told to keep waiting. The fourth week... I was told they can't find my sample. I went in for my appointment today and was told the practitioner doesn't even work on Monday's. I KNOW I put it into my calendar correctly because I was very concerned about a Monday appointment (they have been traditionally hard days for me so I almost never book appointments on Monday). I even confirmed the date as I entered it. I also asked about my tox screen and if I could leave a new sample. She said it would be 30 minutes or more to find out. I asked her to call me. Four hours later and she still has not called. I took an $70 Uber back home.
