When I contacted them, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional intake representative who refused to answer even basic questions about their process. I was told they would not speak with me at all unless I first obtained a withdrawal letter from my current firm -- even though I made it clear I would provide one if they decided to take my case. As a veteran, I expect professionalism, respect, and clear communication from any firm that claims to advocate for veterans. Instead, I encountered rigidity, poor customer service, and a complete lack of courtesy during the initial interaction. If this is how they treat veterans at the very first point of contact, I can only imagine how communication would be once they have your case. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend CCK.
