I was told via text to pick up my order and confirmed I would, even though the website only offered delivery (which I still paid for). I reached out the day before and again the morning of asking for the address and received no response. When I arrived, I waited 25 minutes outside with no communication. At no point did anyone mention they thought the order was for delivery, despite me clearly confirming pickup. When I asked about the delay, I was told they thought the order was for delivery and that the owner was busy working on a wedding. That explanation was frustrating, as I had clearly confirmed pickup in advance and was already there waiting. The situation with another event shouldn't have impacted my order, and it didn't align with the communication I had received. When I finally received the order, it was obvious it had been put together last minute using whatever materials were left. The photos speak for themselves ... what I received looks nothing like the arrangements shown on the website in terms of fullness, detail, or overall quality. Between the lack of communication, the long wait, and the final product not matching what was advertised, the entire experience felt disorganized and unprofessional.
