I've never written a review, here is goes....
I'm from LA and I'm working for in Argentina for a few months. So I need a hair cut, I
walked thru the streets of Palermo looking for a barber shop. Found one "Chopper Cuts".
I walked in and everyone there seemed really cool. So I sat in the chair and got a trim.
As I'm getting my trim more clients walked in, I hear one of the guys (owner maybe? I don't know, but its the guy in the picture with the hat) tell one of the clients that had walked in not 5 minutes before "oh, if you are getting a hair cut with this other barber it's going to be $350 pesos, if you wait till the guy (me) is done then that barber will cut your hair for #300 pesos.
Client didn't wait so he paid the $350 pesos (I think, cause I left before that). Anyways, I get up to pay and the 3rd guy (not in the picture) tells me its $500 pesos. So I pay, give the barber that cut my hair $50 pesos and leave nothing special. I get home and do the math $550 pesos divided by $17.34 (going rate for the dollar) = $31 plus. What the heck..... $30 plus for a simple hair. I think "Chopper Cuts" is a rip off for non Argentinians.
