We have ordered from here quite a few times as their curry sauce and chow mein is really good, but the service is terrible the menu reads that for an extra 50p you can have fried rice or chips with the hous special meals or you are led to beleive that boiled rice is free, this is not the case on ordering and bringing it home to dish out as a family treat and on phoneing to ask why things are missing or you have been charged extra the customer service is appalling.
Not onlydoes he shout at you and hurl derrogative remarks but he is not interested in the fact that the menus "HE GIVES OUT" are very misleading.And to top that his hands were absolutely filthy for someone handling food.
I have a large family and we will be taking our custom elswhere. read more
