So then I told him again that I would give him my master card number over the phone so he can credit me over the phone. He said no, I have to come in. So on Mothers Day I left my 95 year old mother and left to go get my measly $19.00 out my $155.00 order. When I arrived at Riese's I waited for staff to show and nobody came to serve me so finally I went to the kitchen to let them know I was there for my credit...by this time I was visibly upset. He proceeded to tell me I had to calm down before he would give my refund. OK so now I"m really upset! I said, just give me my credit for the food I didn't get so I can get out of here....not until you calm down he said...I proceeded to leave because there was no way I was going to calm down when another lady came out of the kitchen yelling at me that I had to bring all the food back before they can credit me!!!!!!
