So funny that the hair grew back when they claimed its alopecia (they try saying they never said that because they arent drs. When i called them they told me this more than once. They also said he left happy after they tried to blend it better on my google review. Thats a lie..They told him "theres nothing we can do its alopecia". and the dr told him no thats someone screwing up w a clippers....absolutely horrid service refusing refunds for THEIR MISTAKE but offer him a free haircut. Why would anyone return to a place that cut a bald spot in their head and cant even take responsibility OR EVEN APOLOGIZE for that mistake?! At minimum a refund should be offered when the mistake was on them horrific service. The assistant manager and manager absolutely gaslighted him blaming alopecia (which he obviously does not have see pics of the bald spot and a few weeks later the "alopecia" is gone and hsir grew in.
