Every single person I encountered--and I truly mean everyone--was professional, compassionate, and had an incredible bedside manner. They made what could have been a very scary and overwhelming experience feel calm, supported, and much less anxiety-inducing. I genuinely believe my smooth recovery so far is a direct reflection of how well I was cared for during my stay. This wasn't my first experience here either--I had a same-day procedure about five years ago, and I remember receiving that same high level of care back then as well. The hospital itself is very clean, and I really appreciated having a private room. Another huge plus was that my husband was able to stay with me the entire time. He had a sofa bed, and they even provided pillows, linens, and a blanket for him, which made a big difference for both of us. As a healthcare worker myself, I tend to notice the details--and I can confidently say I was thoroughly impressed. This hospital and its staff truly go above and beyond.

I visited with my 2.5 year old grandson; we were going to meet the newest addition to our family. You pass through security just through the main door, go get checked in and your hospital pass (Id required). Elevator requires codes, there is a guard on the floor to check to make sure you have your pass & are where you are supposed to be. Inside Crystin's suite, Lilly had her bassinet, Crystin had an entourage of staff in checking on her and baby Lilly. Quality of care is the best. I saw at least a dozen staffers in the two hours I visited. They have a professional photographer on staff for newborn photos- I was there for the photo shoot. I also found the gift shop extremely reasonably priced! I snagged a gorgeous, large bouquet in a vase for $40. Score! Plus the cafeteria- Connor crashed about the patient food and cafeteria food. And a coffee bar- that I indulged in. Grandma duty requires caffeine.

While I was there, several nurses and the on call doctor came in all of which were very interactive with Jazzy and made explaining to us the status of her symptoms in an easy to understand manner. Also cuffed mommy which Jazzy thought was so fun! They took great care of her while there and she was able to get the care she needed to get better.

Brought my baby here for blood work and I was happy with the service…read more When my allergist scheduled for my baby to have blood work done the nurse mentioned to me that I should find out if my insurance covers All Children. She said when a baby is this young (he was four months at the time) I would want to go somewhere that specializes in drawing his blood instead of a normal lab like Quest or Labcorp. I'm so thankful she mentioned this. I found out that my insurance does cover All Children and this outpatient facility is closer to me than DTSP. When I called to schedule the appointment they were able to fit me in a couple days later. They even made sure I knew which entrance to go to (which I am so glad because it turns out there are a couple different entrances and a couple different buildings.) Parking was a breeze, there is a huge lot. They definitely do specialize in babies because there were four babies in the waiting room while we were there! Check in was a breeze. The one mishap was my allergist didn't sign the second sheet of the allergy testing so they needed that faxed over to perform all the tests! This was definitely the fault of my allergist. I called the allergy office and they said they would fax it over. The lovely nurses at All Children said they would take us to get the blood drawn anyways because the first sheet was signed and they would just harass the office if they didn't get the second sheet faxed over (luckily the fax came in while they were drawing the blood.) I really appreciate that they did that instead of making us wait in the waiting room with a rambunctious four month old. The actual blood draw was brutal, but that's because I'm a mom seeing my son in pain. They had three nurses there helping. The blood wasn't flowing fast enough from the vein in one of his arms so they had to switch arms. They also burrito'd him to help hold him down. They were as quick and efficient as they could be which I appreciated. Our appointment was at 1 p.m. and we were out of there by 2 p.m. It seemed to go by pretty quickly so I don't know where all that time went. If you have a young child, I would definitely recommend coming to an All Children location.

You would think the birth of your first child would be such a joyful and happy moment in your life,…read morebut that was not the case with mine. Martina Reiss provided unnecessary stress and projected her own personal opinion at my 39 week appointment by calling me selfish for not wanting to induce my baby. After multiple rounds of testing and asking for clarity on the reasoning for the induction, she could not give me a straight forward answer. I worked tirelessly with this office to undergo 2 rounds of ultrasound and NST testing to make sure that what I was doing was the best for my baby and myself. Yet I felt like a number at the end of the day rather than given the care and empathy my baby and I deserved. I am happy to report that I was able to deliver a beautiful baby girl with no issues whatsoever but because of my interaction with Dr. Reiss, it has made consider if I even want to pursue having children in the future. I absolutely love Dr LaMartin and the clinic staff! I'm super picky and find it's hard to find a good primary care provider. I've bounced around to several over the years since I moved here in 2012. Either the provider is not very good or the clinic staff are unprofessional and unhelpful to patients. I do hope Dr LaMartin stays at this practice because she's fantastic. I hope the staff also continues to maintain their level of happiness and helpfulness. I love how you can make clinic appts, send clinic messages and download your medical records on a secured patient portal. The office hours are great and if you have an urgent issue then they are accommodating to get you in ASAP. Dr LaMartin is sweet, knowledgeable, patient, thorough and doesn't rush. I always feel drs want to rush in and out and don't listen and she's just super laid back, listens, and takes her time. My husband also switched over to her last year.
