Around 9:10 am, I was stressed because no one showed and I had another appointment to get to at 9:15. I called and received a text back saying "will call back". After replying letting them know to not come due to them being late, I then received a call. There was no apology or attempts to reschedule. Instead, he asked if and why I couldn't leave a key for them. All of this is unacceptable! Show up on time and value your clients.

Given the state of my apartment the price was reasonable. I had some valuable things I left behind and they were very quick to let me know and bring them to me. A very honest company. My apartment charges for anything left unclean so I was worried about charging a cleaning company and then getting charged again if it wasn't a good job. My building was completely satisfied and I would hire them again no problem. :)

You cannot ask for a better couple of people to come and clean your house. These two came in and…read moredid way more than what they said during the estimate. I can tell you now they went well above and beyond what they said. They came and did a deep clean on my house and the next morning. I honestly felt like I was in a new home. Everything was shiny clean smelled good. I was honestly amazed at what Josh and Kaylee did. They did way more than what they told me they were gonna do during their estimate call. So I'm telling you now if you want to trustworthy people to come clean your house and actually clean it to the point to where it looks new you will talk to these two people and get an estimate. I can 100% promise you you'll be glad you did. It's been over a week since my deep clean and I still look around my house in amazement at how clean my shelves and all the little knickknacks that are on them are because they were absolutely covered in an inch of dust. I'm not a big person on giving big reviews for anyone but I'm sorry these two people deserve a big review. They work their butt off. I absolutely ordered lunch because I was here while they were cleaning and I could not get them too to slow down at all they were literally a cleaning machine. I am so glad that I had them both do a deep clean on my house so I have them coming regularly to clean my house from now on. You will not get a better clean at a great price for what them two did for me. I'm sure they do it for everyone so if you wanna clean the house that is spotless and looks brand new you will definitely talk to these two people. I cannot say it enough they went above and beyond and my house looked like it was brand new the next morning When I got up I honestly did not want to walk on the floors because I did not want to get them dirty they look so good. So in my opinion, I honestly do not believe you can find a better company or group of people that will clean your house for the price that they gave and what they did because these two went well above and beyond.

I could not be happier that I did! I learned afterwards that in addition to painting, they also do yard work, exterior power washing, painting, handyman work and I'm sure much more that we didn't even discuss. I was told over the phone that the cleaning would take about 6 hours, so I rearranged my entire day and rescheduled other contractors to make sure the house would be available. The cleaning team did not arrive all at once. They trickled in and the last person arrived around 9:00 AM. They were finished by 10:15 AM. What was supposed to take 6 hours took only an hour and fifteen minutes. That was my first red flag. When I came home I noticed that the floors had only been vacuumed, not mopped. I had paid extra for an oven cleaning, but the front of the stainless steel oven was still dirty. They wiped around small items on the countertops instead of moving them to clean properly. There was visible dust under the couch and in other easy-to-reach areas. To their credit, the walkways looked clean and they did vacuum. But overall it felt rushed and incomplete. I reached out afterward and they did offer to come back and fix the issues, but by then I had already hired another company to do the job right. This was my first time using Castle Keepers and unfortunately it will be my last.
