PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!! I was publicly humiliated at this place and will never set foot in this place again. It makes my blood boil reliving and writing my review of my first (and last time) at this fake and rude establishment that claims to be, "a chocolate adventure that will both thrill and satisfy your senses." Their slogan on their website even includes: "Rekindle the joy you had as a child when you bit into a delicious treat!" Whoever designed this website should immediately reconsider rewriting their promise they claim to their customers. As being someone who worked in customer service, I have never experienced this in my life and am still extremely shocked by the lack of disinterest and rudeness that exuded from the two ladies and man who were working on August 15 around 10pm. I heard nothing but good things about this place, however, upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by an ambiance of laziness and rudeness that we had never experienced from an establishment. When we had approached the counter, I could immediately see the body language of the two ladies behind the counter who were extremely rude and showed a complete disinterest and annoyance upon me asking a question about one of their specials. Mind you, there were already so many people who were helped and enjoying the indulgence of their said desserts, and we wanted to be like them. With this being my first time in this establishment, I had a desire to know about their mini pancake sampler. As I asked two of the laziest and rudest ladies I have ever met at the counter, they both looked at each other, looked away from me, disregarded my question by turning their backs on my friends and I with one of them walking/talking to the man in the back, while the other lady tried to look busy/looking down at something near the counter. I was like wow they completely avoided my question and left us in complete silence for at least a good 30+ seconds. My friends and I were completely confused by the awkward silence and complete ignorance of the servers upon us. We all decided to walk out as I was close to tears for how publicly embarrassed and humiliated I felt, especially with someone with extreme social anxiety. As I finish writing my painful experience, it still blows our minds to see how blatantly disinterested they seemed to be in general and in making a profit, especially in this economy. If these people do not care to work in customer service, they should not be working period. Whoever handles/manages this establishment should really check who they hire, reevaluate their practices, and ensure their employees live up to the basic standards of customer service. This was a great dessert to share with friends. The waffle was soft and the fruits fresh. There was also a lot of Nutella! The service was fast and was the shop was clean. Edit: a fight erupted between the boss and cashier. The boss was yelling, "The door is right there. You can leave!!" Very dramatically too. I got an Oreo shake and my cousin got a mini pancake with European chocolate. On 12/25/2021 So to start, the vibes. The interior is pretty standard, nothing special. However, none of the employees were wearing masks, which made me feel somewhat unsafe. They don't have mandatory mask signs either so many customers were not wearing masks. The state of California requires masks in indoor spaces so they aren't following mask mandates and it does make me feel unsafe as a customer. Now the oreo shake: it's pretty good. I like it quite a bit. You can very clearly taste the oreos which I think is a big plus. Finally, the mini pancakes: the taste and texture was good. European chocolate really just means any chocolate candy they have. We got dark choco kitkats (FYI, NOT european) and no sauce drizzling. Not the most beautiful presentation but it tasted good so that is what matters to me. Overall, 3 stars for not following CA masking mandates and the subtle cultural appropriation of asian brands being labeled as european. Just say chocolate candy. read more

Got the Dubai chocolate strawberries and I was super unimpressed. Came in a small cup. Few big strawberries with the tiniest amount of chocolate. I paid $20, I felt robbed. I was expecting the chocolate to be warm and a lot of it but instead I got the most driest out of season strawberries. Happened to stumble onto the grand opening of this Chocolate Bash. I've gone to the one in Tustin, and found the desserts there to be fairly decent. As they were in the throes of opening, I went in to order my usual favorite - Lava Cake. They were adequately staffed and were more than ready to take orders. The Lava Cake was exactly like the one I had at the Tustin location - more fluffy and "cakey" rather than dense and gooey with a spoonful of fudge in the center. Not a true lava cake, but it hits the spot if you're desperate. At some point in the Grand Opening they were handing out complementary chocolate covered strawberries to everyone who entered the store but.... me? A little confusing especially since a majority of people left the store without buying anything, but I was one of few that purchased and watched as employees and management literally offered everyone a strawberry except for me. I did get one upon request and it was delicious. I hope to see them get their bearings and organization down so I can try some of their other menu options. read more

Prices are a little bit on the high side. The staff is very nice and chill. Clean place, well organized. Everything is made fresh to order.
