I bought a puggle puppy from a breeder nearby and these people did the preflight check and…read morecertification to fly the little guy to Seattle. They certified him parasite and disease free, as well as in general good health. He arrived in a flight crate and a bit drowsy from the sedative he was given. We took him to our vet the next day for a first check up and here is what they found: He had over 100 ticks lodge in his coat and skin! He is almost completely black so they were hard to see but that many is unbelievable. In addition, he had worms AND the type of mange that is transmitted from mother to pup. He was a sick little guy and it cost nearly $1000 to get him back to health. Our vet was incredulous that any professional animal care clinic would certify and animal this sick to fly. I filed a complaint with the BBB in Oklahoma. these people would not even answer their phone to talk with me about it so we eventually just gave up and focused on caring for our new friend. He is fine now. These people are definitely NOT fine. I would NEVER take an animal here.
