I did give sufficient notice that I couldn't make the previous session but he said, in a very aggressive manner which frightened me, that he does not do pain relief but takes on clients long-term or on an ongoing basis. This is a cash machine rather than a personalised chiropractic service like I have had in the past. I highly recommend not going here. That is no way to treat your patients. They should have full autonomy and should not be forced to sign up to long-term plans. Even if this is his position, yelling at patients before the session is no way to prepare them before an adjustment. Paul is aggressive and extremely unprofessional.
