Out of the 3 chiropractors that adjusted me only Dr. Cox managed to fix my shoulder. No matter how many times I told my story of woes to the other 2 chiropractors, they cracked my back and sent me home. Dr. Cox is different. I described about my shoulder and Dr. Cox went for it and fixed it. If you want to crack your back and that's it then visit any random chiropractor. If you want to visit someone who actually have more knowledge than just back cracking then Adjust Katy is the place to be. Rosie also did an amazing job with my shoulder. She actually went above and beyond normal massage to fix it. I'm forever grateful to both Dr. Cox and Rosie for fixing my shoulder. -Alex

I wish every doctor was like Dr. Shiha…read more He has a holistic view of treatment and takes the time to really understand his patients' needs, but in addition, everything he does is backed by science and is results-oriented. Every time I've gone in to see him, I've learned something new about the way my body works. He is one of the few chiropractors in the area that utilizes the NUCCA procedure. When I first heard about this method I was skeptical, but after experiencing it's benefits first-hand, I can attest to how beneficial and downright miraculous it has been for me and my mom's neck issues. Icing on the cake is that he and his wife, Mary, always greet us (and every patient) by name, have gotten to know my kids, and make us feel like they genuinely have our best interest at heart. So thankful that I have found this gem. *Updating with pics from my progress appointment* These are my before and after X-rays since treatment began. Notice that in the before picture (on the left), I had almost no curvature in my neck. Now, my body has learned to maintain a nice, normal curve. In the next x-ray, you will notice that when I first went in, my head was actually positioned a little crooked. Now, it is much straighter, all the way down into the spine. The coolest part of these X-rays is that when I had the new ones done, I had not had a treatment on my neck in at least 3 weeks, which means that my body has been re-trained to maintain this healthy new position. I am blown away with this doctor and the effectiveness of his technique!

I recently got into a non emergency accident and I called the office for advice and to schedule something, Vivian is great! He called me a little later same day to discuss the accident and suggested next steps. We are very grateful for Dr. Shiha's practice, his attention to detail and superior care.

I've gotten an excellent massage recently I've been going to John for sports massages and he does an outstanding job, I cannot say the same for Dr. Balin. He rushes you every single appointment, he never checks up on how you're doing how you're feeling, what sort of adjustments you might need, he is always getting you in and rushing you out as fast as possible. He really doesn't care about you even if you've been going for a long time and his adjustments are all the same, they are never adjusted to what you need. It's actually quite comical how little he cares. He gives u the same 5 shitty cracks and says WOW you needed that! 90% of the time after he adjusts my neck I have to finish cracking it myself as he won't even fully crack my neck. It's very disappointing since his massage therapist are so good, however Dr. Balin needs to step his game up and start caring about the people that walk in through that door who are paying a great amount of money to receive a service to better their health. I feel like because he has regular clients he no longer cares about delivering a quality service. Quite sad honestly. I'll still be going as his massage therapists are outstanding but ...
