I have been familiar with Chiropractic care since the early 90's when I worked for one of the top clinics in Dalton. When I was diagnosed with a debilitating disease in 2017 I was desperately seeking comfort and saw an ad in a local publication about ChiroCHoice which led me to Dr. Manis. He was very thorough in his exam and gave me hope as he felt he could help me with this. Judi and his staff are very accommodating to my needs and appointment schedule. I gave them a five-star rating because, in my opinion, they deserve a seven to ten because they have kept me upright, mobile and pain-free for the most part. After seeing my physician and physical therapist for 4 weeks, I did not have any relief from my shoulder and neck pains. I had a difficult time at work with the sharp shoulder pains. Finally, my physician recommended a orthopedic surgeon and my next course of treatment would either be a spinal epidural or surgery. My wife and co-worker urged me to see a chiropractor before going the surgery route. Dr. Manis at Chirochoice has been my wife's chiropractor for several years, so I scheduled an appointment. He reviewed my x-ray and MRI and discussed a course of treatment. I didn't get instant relief, but after only a few visits I was able to feel the improvements. It's to a point now where my neck and shoulder pains are bearable or non-existent. Best of all, I am no longer taking the anti-inflammatory or pain medications. I would recommend that you see Dr. Manis at Chirochoice for friendly and excellent service! read more

We are a full service Chiropractic office priding ourselves on making our patients feel welcomed and well cared for... a part of our family rather than just a number. We offer a variety of treatment methods including manual or instrument spinal adjusting, decompression traction, intersegmental traction, electric muscle stimulation, ultrasound and heat therapy. Our diagnostics include onsite x-rays as well as spinal screening. We accept most major insurances including Medicare. Our friendly staff will be happy to verify coverage for you today.

Established in 2014.

Originally founded by Dr. David Bors, ChiroChoice was acquired by Dr. Scott Manis in 2014. Testimonial: Tracy K. 6/7/16: I started my adjustments and Decompression Therapy last week. I can not put into words what this has done for my life. When I say life I am referring to my mental and physical health. I have lived with pain for so long that I thought, that's life, deal with it. Dr. Manis is amazing!! The Decompression Therapy has been life changing! I have very little to no pain! My energy level is climbing daily. Emotionally...I feel like a new person. Dr. Scott Manis was born and raised in Dalton, Georgia, and graduated with honors from Northwest Whitfield High School. He attended the Herschell U. Martin School of Radiologic Technology where he graduated with a 4.0 average as a Registered Radiologic Technologist. Dr. Manis also has an Associate of Science degree with honors from Dalton State College and graduated Cum Laude from Life University as a Doctor of Chiropractic. He enjoys golf, tennis, hunting, fishing, and traveling. Dr. Manis prides himself on a high success rate and patients are pleased to find him very down to earth and easy to talk to. He always takes the time for patients questions with easy to understand answers . He wants you to feel comfortable and confident with your treatment. No white coat syndrome here!!

Started going here this week. The staff is so friendly and caring. Dr. Manis was very thorough in taking history, getting xray reports, and adjusting me. He never acted rushed or impatient with me. He makes you feel like you're old friends, catching up. After a week of severe pain, I left his building feeling great! I am so thankful that I have finally found a chiropractor who listens and cares. I would recommend him to anyone! :) Judi is so sweet and caring also! Loved her! read more
