Specifically in my case, I could not identify the exact problem with my low back pain and Steve gave me proper pathways and exercises that promptly identified the issue. I cannot recommend him enough as he effectively pinpoints the problem. Given that back pain is rather complex and can have multiple sources, he also gave me the proper tools for long term postural health (with his own videos linked by emails). She is awesome and she is based at Physio Extra. Physio Extra is located in the basement of humongous Gym Saint Henri. The gym itself looks amazing; it has two floors. Besides all the machines, gym offers various classes from Zumba to yoga to fitness. At Physio Extra, you will find services of Ergo therapy, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, Acupunctures and many more. The staff from the reception to the professionals, are amazingly nice and caring. You can get appointments without any prescription too and very fast. I got it within the same week. If you have insurance, the reception takes cares of you by sending the claim automatically. On top of everything, there is a food bar, catered by Copper Branch.

Ps: their rates for massages are much more reasonable than the 120$ massage ;-)

Just follow the Docs orders and I can assure u that he will get to the problem and work on a plan to get you back on your feet again!!! I travel from Verdun to see him !!! That's how good he is !!!!worth the drive knowing I'm not being taken advantage of
