My frozen shoulder is relatively gone after 2.5 - 3 months of weekly sessions. There is still some minor discomfort and my range of motion is a lot better now. At the beginning, I couldn't even reach my back/waist or do a 'chicken wing' form with my arm/shoulder. Now I can reach mid back and able to do a 'chicken wing' form/position to reach my back. The actual session is about an hour, however it can take 15 minutes before your session, before he sees you as it is busy. We average 1.5 hrs there. They only take cash so have money for your session.

Through him, I also saw the physiotherapist, kinesiologist for active rehab, acupuncturist and RMT. It was convenient to have everything under one roof. They can share notes too. There are two locations in New West, one on Columbia Street and the other on Front Street, both within walking distance. The RMT and acupuncturist are on Columbia Street and chiro, physio and active rehab are on Front Street. Paid parking is available right outside. So pay for it as the city parking warden comes by very often to check. The staff is also very friendly and warm. It's a great place with good therapists if you are looking for a place for treatment.

A few month ago, I was experiencing extreme lower back pain and my lift hip was so bad that I was unable to tie my shoelaces. I did some research and discovered MSK (they have a few locations). I made an appointment online (bonus: they offer direct payment). Tess was incredible personable and made me feel comfortable. She was able to asses my issue and within a month and a bit, I was able to do basic things again.
