I've been very disappointed with the customer service here every time I've gone but today was left with another very poor experience that inspired me just enough to actually write a review. The line always takes forever and a few of us in line were literally just watching the workers take their time, as if they were trying to deliberately move as slowly as possible. It was very odd. When I finally got up to order, I stood patiently for a solid two minutes for the worker to ask my order. Maybe she was waiting for other workers to get caught up? I have no idea but she provided me no explanation. Just let me stand there awkwardly while she stood in front of me just waiting. Again, it was just odd. Finally, I notice they had lettuce out again after the great lettuce scare of 2018 happening last month so I asked about the lettuce being safe again... she responded like she had no idea what I was talking about and it was the dumbest thing she heard all day, she was very rude with her response. Not a bad chipotle if you come during off hours and I come here regularly. Service is consistent enough that I know what to expect unlike a lot of other Chipotle's in the area. They're better at restocking low ingredients so you don't have to wait. My only con now is that Chipotle employees seem to be predictive genies who reach for whatever they think you might want on your bowl, even if you haven't said anything yet. These predictive genies also happen to be heavy handed when it comes to salsa only, throwing off the balance of your bowl, so you might just be eating a bowl of corn and rice if you don't watch them. The pico de gallo, or "tomatoes", is god awful now, seems like they completely removed the red onion from the salsa and it is in fact just "tomatoes" now. Also, avoid doing more than one order at once because the predictive genies will throw something in your order when you aren't looking, or fail to hear what you asked them to add in and have the lid on and your order rang up before you can notice. read more

The employees are robotic. I was not greeted with a hi or even a smile. The tables were dirty. I had to wipe my own table to sit. The food was just ok if you enjoy eating sour cream, rice and beans. I was served extra all that with a pinch of meat and guac. They need to check their serving sizes because they are all off. read more

Really horrible service. It took 25 minutes to get through the line. I went to get a drink and they were out of coke. Then I went to grab a fork and they had none. We told the staff and they said 'yeah we know.' Rude and slow. read more

I wish Chipotle HQ would address the ongoing issues at this location. There are not enough staff members dedicated to the walk-in customers, and a huge priority is given to online orders. The location is not set up very well, and if the line is longer than about 15 people (and it always is) you have to wait outside. I am sure this is why they get so many online orders - who wants to wait outside in Ohio? Waiting 35 minutes should not be the norm! read more

Worst Chipotle ever. ALWAYS a line out the door that barely moves. When you do get to the counter, they are always out of something. I've tried ordering on-line here numerous times over the past 2 years and every time the earliest pickup time is 2-4 hours later. It's a joke. read more

This place is good. There can be a big line out the door so if you want dessert first you can stop at frozen oasis.

Only go to this location if you are willing to wait and get service with a bad attitude!! I live about 15 minutes from this location but love chipotle so felt it would be worth the drive....NOT!!! I am so frustrated, aggravated and felt it was the worst chipotle experience I have ever had! I typically don't bother with writing reviews but I am so annoyed and needed to vent my frustration. I took my daughter for dinner, waited in line for about 20 minutes to get asked to wait an additional 5 to 10 minutes if I wanted chicken and brown rice because they were out of both. I decided to order steak and white rice just to get through the freaking line and then when paying realized I needed to place an order for my daughter that stayed home. I asked if I could add onto my order and the cashier stated if I wanted to cut in front of all the other people waiting I could but that was the only way and that probably wouldn't be a good idea .... so I paid and went to sit in the dining room. Another customer told me that I could call in and place an order so I called and the person answering told me I had been misinformed. He never offered to tell me I could order online until I asked him how the people waiting placed their pick up orders. I attempted to place an online order but read the other complaints about it being just as frustrating and decided to forget even trying. As I was walking out I saw the line was out the door and said to the cashier that this was a terrible system and they were so slow and would not be returning to this location. He didn't offer an apology but stated " Oh, I know, I work here and then smirked and said " Welcome to Chipotle". I will never go to this location again! read more

Every Chipotle I've visited has provided excellent customer service and delicious food. Except for this location. I've come to this Chipotle at least four times when visiting family. Every time there has been an extremely long wait (longer than typical for a Chipotle...on average 20 minutes) and the staff just don't seem to know what they are doing. They have also consistently been out of items. This time they were out of fajita veggies and when I ordered them the employee said, "Well, we'd have to toss them and cook them..." and trailed off as if veggies were not available for the rest of the day. I asked if there would be a discount or something since it was a veggie bowl I was ordering, but there wasn't. Another employee chimed in that I finally asked to speak to a manager. About 10 minutes later I received the veggies on the side. The bathrooms were also out of toilet paper and paper towels and were indifferent to my husband when he informed them of it. I can't fathom how these employees have managed to keep a job at what is typically such a great chain. And the manager should be ashamed for hiring and keeping on such incompetent individuals. Chipotle has a great reputation, but it's poorly run establishments like this one that will destroy that good name. Makes me think twice about trusting the name Chipotle. read more

Terrible service it's 47 people in the line and it's one person working on preparing the food. It's a chick on the register and she is playing what appears to be Pokémon go. The manager is walking around not doing anything at all and the line is literally out of the door. Then I get to the front of line and the card reader is down. Absolute worst in the city read more

This Chipotle is an absolute train wreck. There is almost always a line out the door. While, yes, this is partially the result of steady business, a large percentage can be blamed on staff incompetence and the fact that the seperate station designed exclusively for online orders is ALWAYS unoccupied. Not only do they ask you multiple times what kind of meat and accouterments you would like after you have already told them, they often work at a snail's pace. On one occasion the line associate was clearly high. On another an associate was completely baffled on how to wrap my full burrito and told the manager to do it. The manager told him he has to learn on his own and he stared and poked at it for a while until I told him "What the hell are you doing and that I'm a customer!" Finally the manager stepped in and finished it for me while the buffoon whispered something offensive in her ear which really pissed her off. I also witnessed an associate screw up the same online order 3 times in a row! A heckler in the line screamed in disbelief, "Jesus...God, 3 times?!" Everytime we torture ourselves by going back to this location there is almost always a ridiculous issue at the same caliber as the ones I've previously mentioned. This location needs either better management, staff, training or maybe all 3. The only location almost equally as bad as this one would be the Warrensville location, which often has an "86 everything" problem. I've never had these issues at any of Ohio's Northwest locations. read more

JUST GO TO TWINSBURGH! I have never been treated so rudely and poorly by a manager and staff than at this location. I understand that you are busy but when you order online and end up waiting 25 minutes for your order then something has to be wrong. When we checked our order to make sure it was correct there were barely any fillings in the one bowl and such a small amount of rice that you had to dig it out of one small corner. We approached the manager about it and he stated with the most snarky attitude that it is their serving size and there is nothing they can do... Well believe me I have been to many other chipotle locations and they are more than accommodating with serving size and that is part of what you pay for. Without even a blink the manager turned his back and walked away before anything else could be said. I am so disappointed and will never be returning, thank god there is one in TWINSBURGH! read more
