Though I never had a desire to eat at Chipotle, I'm now addicted! On my first visit, I tried the Keto Salad Bowl and chips with guacamole. The PORTIONS were perfect for me. I felt completely satisfied with the amount of food. The QUALITY was so much more than I expected. I was expecting piles of lettuce with little else. I was pleasantly surprised at how wrong I was. The protein was outstanding. And plentiful. Aside from the deeply savory taste, there was a kick of heat, that took this meal from a 9 out of 10, to a 10 out of ten. The STAFF were all friendly, the order was ready for pickup, right on time. One of the most important facets of my visit, was the CLEAN environment. The staff used gloves, and I feel totally comfortable, ordering from Chipotle. In fact, I went back, two nights in a row. This is usually my go to location when I want Chipotle, however, the past three times I've come to this location it has been horrible. First issue was they were out of chicken and told us it would be 5 minutes, okay... that's fine! I didn't mind waiting at all, I understand they run out of things sometimes! But, we were waiting for much longer and just had to leave. Second instance was the same day when two of my friends mobile ordered and when we got back and opened the bag it was a completely different order. Also okay, I understand sometimes things get mixed up, but when we went back they remade it and still made it wrong. Last instance was today. I went with my friend and when we walked in the tables holding all the ingredients were pushed back so the worker could sweep and mop behind and under them. I didn't mind at first because I assumed it would be quick, I mean every worker saw us come in, no. We waited for 15 minutes and the tables were still pushed back. Not only that, but the workers didn't even greet us or acknowledge us at all other than looking at us like we were wrong for walking in at 9:17. It is honestly ridiculous at this point. Another customer also came in after us and left because it was taking so long. I get wanting to do your closing tasks before officially closing the store, but not when customers are waiting to order from somewhere that is supposed to be fast-food. read more

This chipotle is typically a good one to go to, but recently, the past couple of times I have went later at night, they are always out of something that is enough to deter you from wanting to purchase a meal (I.e. cheese, chips, protein) This is frustrating as a former chipotle employee because the chipotle I worked at would have never ran out of chips or cheese towards the end of the night, and especially not protein. This seems to be a common occurrence though at Chipotle's everywhere now. If your hours are until 11, I would expect you to have everything when I come in 30-40 mins until close. This chipotle is one of the best chipotles I have ever visited. First of all, the employees here are the best part of this place. I come here more than I care to admit, and they all know my order and always talk to me when I come in. They are some of the kindest and coolest people, and one time I forgot my wallet and the guy at the register legitimately just took his wallet out and paid for mine. I don't get anything crazy, just steak tacos with a little cheese and a side of guac, but they always charge it as a three pointer (meat is two points, cheese is one) with a side of guacamole. It's much cheaper, so I appreciate that they do that. Many chipotles will charge you for steak tacos, even though it is a three pointer. This place gets kind of crazy at lunch time, but I don't usually wait more than 5 minutes in line. The steal quality here is ALWAYS good. Many chipotles will over cook their steak or it's super dry and gross. I have never received bad tacos here, and I am not kidding when I say I come here all of the time. I drive out if my way to come her over the other chipotle in town due to the food quality differences. read more

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to! The staff is slow, and don't seem to know what they are doing most of the time. The manager is rude and sassy. The tables are always dirty from food that has been sitting there for probably hours, and the trash cans are always overflowing as well. The line is always ridiculously long because of how slow the staff is. The last time I was there they were filling online orders instead of serving customers in line for 10 minutes at a time the line did not move at all. When I finally did get to the front, my food just sat on my burrito for ten minutes while they filled other online orders (serve your in restaurant customers first!) by the time I actually was able to sit down at a dirty table, my burrito was falling apart and my steak was cold. Much like the mullet, there are varying degrees of awesomeness and some rock it better than others. This Chipotle is decent. I used to get the Carnitas bowl here or the Carnitas tacos or burritos. They were good but I would have to sit there after a while and pick out all the fat blobs. It was pretty gross. I can't complain about the quality of the food. Believe me, it is so nice to be able to count on consistent quality from a restaurant. The price and service keep this place from getting 4 stars. The food is simply too expensive. I can't in good conscience spend $10 on such simple food on a regular basis. The portions are way too big. Would love to have an option to have a smaller portion at a reduced price. Also, there is always the same problem every time I order. When I order tacos to go, I prefer to keep the shells separate so that they don't get soggy by the time I get home. For whatever reason, this always causes controversy. Sometimes, the employees look at me as if I've asked them to split the atom. Sometimes, the employees will outright refuse to pack the shells separately, and I have to talk to a manager. I was given the explanation that they don't give out the shells because they think that people are using them instead of the chips that are sold separately. #1, thank you for assuming that I'm trying to rip you off and, #2 you were about to give me the shells with the stuff inside them, JUST PACK THEM SEPARATELY!!! Why is this so hard? Sometimes I think about going, but then I envision the argument I'm going to have to have with 2-3 employees in order to get separate shells, and I just go somewhere else. read more

Usually when I ask for both rices, I expect at least a scoop of each not half a scoop. Same thing for steak, I expect a scoop not half, just another way to get me to pay for extra steak. I used to be obsessed with Chipotle to the point of needing to eat it once, if not twice, a week. But things just aren't the same anymore. I was recently given two gift cards for Chipotle, but I'm probably gonna gift them to someone else because whenever I go for a chicken burrito (my standard order), it doesn't taste right. I'm more annoyed that the chicken is ALWAYS fatty and/or charred. And the burrito can't even stay warm for 5 minutes while driving back to my dorm. I've never had an issue with this location's staff. They're always attentive and they give me what I ask for. Yeah, you may occasionally get an employee that shorts you on some portions, but that's just a part of keeping the line moving quickly. This store gives the smallest portion. They gave me 1/4 of the meat portion I usually get from all other Chipotle. When I asked them for more meat (barbacoa), they charged me $3.15 for extra. I ended up paying $11 for a regular size burrito at this location. The same burrito would have cost me only $8 at any other Chipotle. The rice usually doesn't completely cover the bottom of my bowl, you hardly get any beans, you HAVE to order half chicken and half steak if you want to get a reasonable amount of meat.
