I have tried and tried at this location but it is such a disappointment time after time after time. I complain because I want this location to get it right. Ive been complaining since they opened, give them another chance, no visits for a year, try again, etc,. I've been eating at Chipotle establishments for over twenty years and at every single one no matter what state I'm in I'm always satisfied. This one, if you've never had Chipotle and this is your first time don't go to this one because it will ruin the whole experience. It is so gross compared to others. First of all the chips are always burnt. I don't understand how chips can be burnt alllll the time and no one tries to adjust the cooking time. Why oh why when I ask for a SALAD I GET a BURRITO BOWL filled with more RICE then a typical burrito bowl with five pieces of lettuce!? I specifically state "light" rice and the bowl is filled to the rim with rice! It's almost like it's done intentionally. It's like this every single time and I find that sad. Out of roughly 15 salad orders it is never right! Heck one time I even brought my own dang lettuce because I knew they wouldn't get it right. Sure enough I had to add my lettuce. This is referring to online ordering for the most part and maybe I should get out the car and stand in the line for 45 minutes (which I've done before) but even if I did the food is just not the same as other locations. For example, it's already bad that I get a bowl FULL of rice but it's not like the typical Chipotle cilantro rice, it's OVERCOOKED. It's mushy and starchy from water over-absorption with not even a hint of cilantro flavor or a green speck of cilantro. Unthaw your sour cream because once I added sour cream and it was like a freakin scoop of ice cream on top. By the time I got home with the foil container lid the frozen sour cream made my entire bowl ice cold!! Was I supposed to ask is if the sour cream is frozen because if I knew that I would not have added it. I had to toss the whole bowl. Got a big chunk of the lettuce core in my salsa for my chip order today. The chipotle dressing... check before you leave because they never secure the lid and dressing leaked everywhere through the bag. This has happened twice. One guy was cutting up the chicken with no gloves and pants hanging to his knees and pulling up the pants while chopping. Nobody wants to see your stank underwear while you are preparing food. I will drive to Kennesaw or Paces Ferry. Chipotle y'all are wrong for the franchise agreement with this location. They will turn off everyone from eating at Chipotle establishments. I complain and they say we will give you a free entree. I don't want it! I want my food cooked like it should be and my order to be correct. I have tried and tried at this location but I've been a fool to think that you will get it right eventually with this many mistakes. Retrain, retrain and maybe do concurrent training just do better. Once my husband went and asked for cilantro and the girl said what is that? That's when he said never again. Again train your staff but I am completely done. Long line of cars formed after me so there wasn't any backing out of here. I placed an order for pick up. After doing so I happened to read more than a few bad Google reviews. They were all true. The staff must enjoy screwing with the orders because all of our orders were needlessly incorrect. I usually love the guacamole and chips. However, these chips were oily and stale and the guacamole was missing lime juice. This particular location needs a quality control overhaul. Until then, I won't be back. read more

Well....... the staff is young and speed is not their goal. Lol. The kitchen was not keeping up with the front line. Out of grilled peppers, waited 5 minutes plus to get them and then out of corn. In between out of chicken then refilled. They were friendly! My wife said the black beans tasted burnt, but I thought they were fine. I couldn't find a bottle of Chipotle Sauce by Tabasco available(Great stuff) The bowls were good overall. Service could have been a lot better. Yikes this Chipotle was never the best but it's really gone bad. Came in three hours before close and they were completely out of lettuce, chips, and ice. There were fruit flies and trash everywhere near the soda fountain. Some of the employees were rude and literally dragged their feet when you asked for, say, a small drink with you meal. I don't know where to begin. I know this is a new location, and I saw all the young employees so a part of me was expecting kinks (slow time, maybe an order mix-up) but nothing prepared me for my 1st or 2nd visit. The first time, I had a cranky preschooler with me so I ordered a burrito online in the parking lot. The order was ready 7 min later at 5:45 PM. **By the way, their drive-thru is defunct except for online pre-paid pick-ups ONLY.** So, I cruised through the drive-thru at 5:43-ish and wow, it's already ready. Great. The young lady hands me the bag- super nice, by the way. She says "Oops, hold it, don't drop it. It's heavy." And, it was VERY heavy. I get home and take out my chicken burrito only to see a chicken bowl underneath. Oops, I've received someone else's order. Good stuff, right? WRONG. The burrito wrapper felt so cold from the outside. When I opened it... y'all, it was straight up ROOM TEMPERATURE, not even warm. I live about 5 min from there, so no excuse. The burrito was wide open, not even tucked in, just sitting inside the wrapper OPEN. I ate it with a fork after warming it up... who's seasoning or NOT seasoning this stuff? It didn't even have Chipotle's signature taste. It was bland and didn't taste fresh at all. Okay, so I warm up the bowl that was mistakenly given to me and SAME THING. It was an old order, room temperature and bland. All kinda thumbs down. On my 2nd visit (why'd I even waste money coming back again), I ordered online once more using a gift card and it was a replica of the first visit except their online system wouldn't grant me the free guacamole), so I had to come in and get it- no problem. This location does not accept gift cards in the building yet, only online. Bummer, so I couldn't use the rest of my gift card, got home and the food was a disaster yet again. We checked the bag to make sure we had all items ordered but we did not literally unwrap every item to see what was inside! Birthday girl had everything wrong with her order. Second order that was incorrect had ingredients that we asked to be left off, due to dietary restrictions. I was so excited that Chipotle was going to be down the street from my house. I thought, "finally gonna give No Seasoning Moe's & Gas-Giving Taco Bell some competition"...WRONG! Anyway, I'm getting ahead of myself. I paid for my food via app. It said pick up was at 6:30. I pulled up to the window at 6:30 on the dot (I'm prompt yes...I'm hungry ppl). I give the lady working the drive thru my name she says oh it's not ready can you drive around. I said huh? Drive around where. She said oh just get back in line. If anybody knows me I have frequent conversations with myself so I'm thinking I'm about to get back in line and it's about 17 ppl behind me so now my food gonna be cold when the food should have been ready. So, because I'm a firm believer in not pissing the ppl off who make your food I say no problem drive around and get back in line. 20 minutes later with my stomach sitting firmly in my back I pull up to the window. I placed my order via mobile order and went to pick up via Chipotlane. I just got to the window to pick up my order after waiting in like for 45 minutes. Last Friday I went to order food at this Chipotle. I stood in long line to get quesadilla for my wife and son. When I got up to order they said you have to order quesadillas on line. No signs anywhere saying this. I promised them chipotle so I ordered on app. It's now about 6:40 and it said order will be ready for 7:00. I go pick up my wife from work and come back. It's 7:02 and it's not ready. I wait patiently and food ready at 7:18. So I pay for food and cashier give me my food and ask is there anything else. I said sure I waited for this food for over 45 minutes and it would have been a nice touch for her to thank me for waiting so long. So I try to hurry home so I can feed my 20 month old son so he could go to bed. I look in bag and there is no guacamole. So I call the number on the receipt. No answer so l leave my name and number. I call today a week later and I explain to person. What happened. He ask me what do you want me to do? I ask him to speak to a manager and he say he is a manager. I said I called your business and tell you I had a bad experience and you ask me what do you want me to do! Really? He could of put out a small fire. All he had to do was take ownership of what happened and have some empathy. Funny thing I was going there for dinner because my wife works down the street. When I finally got to the window I was asked my name and then left hanging with no updates about my order. The lady that asked my name eventually left for the day and another gentleman asked for my name and yet again I was left with no updates. I went inside to find long lines of people waiting. I LEFT WITHOUT MY ORDER because it is RIDICULOUS that I should have to wait almost 1 he for a burrito. The service was absolutely terrible and every part of my mobile order was incorrect. The worst part was the worker could care less that I paid $20 and got none of what I ordered. I paid $7 for queso and she just said, "Oh were out at the moment". Then I told her I didn't mind waiting and she then says, "Oh theybsaid we're not making any chips today. Well what about my $7? Then they gave my soft tacos instead of crunchy, one taco had steak instead of chicken, and I paid $2.85 for sweet tea but they had none and there was no way to get my money back. I really wish I would have seen these reviews before going to this location. I had just finished my work out and was like ... hey Chipotle... let's go there. It's true about the pick up line. I don't get why People are waiting so long when everyone comes at there pick up time. My time was 9pm got to the window to get my food at 9:15. Now the part that was truly unacceptable is that my order was completely wrong. How do you mess up a order that has a Sticker on it that tells you everything that should or should not be in there. I ordered a chicken bowl that was missing the lettuce, the corn, the tomatoes and the queso. It also had a big scoop of guacamole that I did not want or ask for. There was also about six pieces of chicken in the bowl. My steak bowl was also missing the sour cream. I've tried to order using the website, if your order is ready, nine times out of 10 it's going to be incorrect or a smaller portion in any chipotle you've ever seen. Zero customer service. No manager visibly available to voice concerns or complaints. If you do decide to go into the restaurant to place your order, expect to wait in a line for over 30 minutes, to get to reach the counter only the to have them say that they're out of certain things and you're welcome to wait 10 to 15 minutes to which time nothing is offered a complementary beverage for your time At the very least an apology. I'd say this location is about a year away from decent service and consistent food. It's best to drive 20 minutes out of the way to another location. read more

2nd day in a row order not found@drive thru (3rd in a week)but I am very, very upset on the most recent experience at this Chipotle in Austell GA due to receiving the worst customer service ever! My 6 six yr old wanted water due to chicken burrito being so dry, causing him to choke , He went up to the counter and asked for a cup to get water to wash down the dry chicken, the cashier then asked him for $3.00...???. Wth! For a cup to get water ??? Since my six year old son doesn't have a job and didn't have my debit card with pin #, he couldn't pay for cup for water, a customer that saw how ridiculously irrational the employee was acting, ended up paying $3 for a cup to get water!! Seriously! This is outrageous! I have NEVER been told I need to pay for a cup so that I can get unfiltered water from your fountain drink machine. I need you to hold this store accountable and specifically the person who had the worst sense of human decency but as an employee of Chipotle, gave the worst possible service to a customer let alone a child.
