I'm addicted to their chocolate chip and red velvet cookies. They're the best I've ever had.

Sent these cookies to my daughter and her aunt and uncle to thank them for having her for the holidays. They couldn't have been more efficient. Website was easy to navigate and the cookies were delivered on time with a text allowing me to track delivery. I did not taste them but I got a text from everyone who did saying they were the best cookies they'd ever had. They were amazed at how big and delicious they were. If I could give them more stars I would. Will definitely use them again and I know our family in Meridian will definitely be using them in the future! read more

Please invest in a better Provo location. Couldn't even find a place to park! We went there at 7:30 Monday night, couldn't even get inside to order, there was a traffic jam surrounding the store with 'bike zone no parking' signs everywhere. We circled around for about 15 minutes, gave up and went home. A few hours later we decided to try again at 1:30am (the hours on your website said you closed at 2am Mondays) and the place was entirely locked up. Maybe an employee ditched out early? Either way crumbl is beating you guys in ease of location, website navigation/ online menus, and reliable hours. read more

These are THE BEST cookies I've ever had. I work at a bakery in California and Chip cookies is by far much better. The cookies are very big, warm, and soft. We tried the chocolate chip and white chocolate macadamia ones and they were both excellent. The staff is very friendly and helped us make our selections. In the area we also tried Crumbl cookies and I was not impressed, definitely try Chip instead. read more

Gotta love chip cookies! Best chocolate chip cookie ever. However, for delivery they are always late! I get there's a window of time, but to be 45 minutes-an hour late is just rude. My friend absolutely loves your cookies. But the delivery service has gotten absolutely ridiculous. The last time she ordered her cookies, they were an hour late and they were super cold. This has happened to her 3 different times now. Three separate times you guys have played around with her. She is a fiercely loyal customer who is very likely considering switching to more customer friendly cookie stores like Crumbl cookies, I hope you can compensate her accordingly. Fairly quick delivery even with a long line. Only complaint is parking!!! If there are more than one or two cars there, you have to park far away (which is terrible when it's icy). Cookies are delicious. read more

They don't sell single cookies. You have to buy a box of 4. They only sell one type of cookie. The cookies taste like pure almond extract. They are overpriced. There is no menu in the store at all. You walk in, the employee asks you what you want, then you have to say, "I have no idea what I want, you don't have a menu." The absurd thing is that printing a menu is extraordinarily cheap when you literally only sell one thing. The minimalist thing isn't cute. They took it too far. To top it off, all of the employees seem to be unsupervised college kids who treat you like its some great privilege for you to be served by them. Won't be back. read more

Chip cookies makes great cookies! They make a great gift and I really do love the cookies. The 3 stars is for one reason only. Customer service! I went in to pick up an order last week and man it was rough. It took about 15-20 minutes for them to box up my 6 boxes of cookies. The guy helping me had the office playing on their TV and he DID NOT look away from the screen while helping me! It was almost comical. (If I wasn't in a hurry) Honestly though, while grabbing the cookies, milk, bags, everything he looked at me maybe twice. Someone needs to monitor this because he was way more invested in his tv show than he was in his job. read more

I love the idea---Fresh chocolate chip cookies ready for pick up or delivery! Sign me up! Very very sadly it was just a cookie mirage... I am no stranger to excellent food or cookies AND chocolate chip cookies have and will always be my absolute favorite dessert (American boy in me). I've had cookies from New York to LA, from mom's oven to southern women's kitchens. These are a let down and I WISH THEY WERE NOT! Here is why: 1-Cookies do not equal cookie dough. I ordered a box of cookies and left with a box of half cooked dough. I gave two cookies away to complete strangers AND went home and baked the other 1 & 1/2 cookie in the oven for 10 minutes just to try and give these cookie a chance. Better consistency but didn't improve the quality or taste. The next day I ate part of one and they still didn't taste good (which in my opinion a cookie is great when it taste equally as good fresh as it does cooled). 2-The chocolate chips in these cookies are very poor taste quality. I kept eating, hoping for what every person who has ever desired chocolate hopes for, that delicious chocolate taste. Very very sadly it never came. Also the cookie to chip ratio needs to be upped by 20% (after you get some better chocolate). For crying out loud, YOUR NAME IS CHIP! 3- I'm not impressed with any part of the cookie; the dough, the chips, the size (this may be a contributor to why they suffer. From an ingredient standpoint, having the mix produce cookies this size would require specific ingredients and ratios). You do one thing at your establishment, bake chocolate chip cookies. DO IT RIGHT! These should be amazing and they are not even desirable and it kills me! I want to love this place! This should be my place! But I won't go back. Not unless they make some needed changes. That's why your chocolate is awful, it's Guittard. Go try a bag of guittard chips (I have tried their milk and dark chocolate, they are waxy and AWFUL). Go get some Ghirardelli or some local source or pretty much any other chocolate. Terrible choice! read more

Everyone who's hear of chip cookies raves about it but honestly I don't think is all that amazing. I mean, I make better chocolate chip cookies than they do cause I use dark chocolate and that's already a better option! It's also expensive all things considered and more for the people who want something special (other than pizza) delivered at their door. read more

Do I love Chip's appeal and model and their hours and their pricing for delivering a box of four giant, warm cookies to your door? Yep. But I've honestly had a lot of better chocolate chip cookies. I've had Chip a few times, and I'm always excited, and the second I bite in, I'm underwhelmed. The texture is good, but the flavor is pretty flat. Needs just a little more personality - more vanilla or more buttery or darker or better chocolate, just something. They've got a perfect bake, but it doesn't stand out in the flavor department. For a shop that specializes in one thing, that thing should be a standout for flavor in its category, not just for its business model. Also, you can add milk delivery to your box of cookies, which is awesome - unless you don't want 2% or chocolate milk. Choices for 1% or any form of non-dairy milk would be really cool to start offering. read more

I love the idea and I like the cookies. They are always warm and they are nice and thick. I love how they are open late for those late night sweet cravings. I do think $10 for a box of four cookies seems a little steep, especially since all they do is pump out massive amounts of cookies, although the cookies are relatively chunky and an argument could be made either way here. read more

Cute concept, but more novelty then quality. The cookies are overpriced, and you only have one option. Cookies were average. The only special thing about them was the size and height. (Which, my box of cookies were all different sizes!) The shop atmosphere was unwelcoming. It had no tables inside, and only one table outside with the chairs folded. I get minimalistic design, but it just looked unfinished. We thought it was closed when we pulled up. Also, one of the women weighing, shaping, and putting the cookie dough on the baking sheet was in a sitting position, and unfortunately, as she reached over to place to dough, her armpit repeatedly touched one of the cookies. Well, Chip came out with a semi-sweet option so I've tried it several times now (though I'd prefer dark chocolate!). I really hoped that would do the trick but it's still not quite right to me. The dough *still* needs salt to bring it all together. Another issue I've had now after several times trying Chip is the consistency. Sometimes the cookies are baked all the way, sometimes raw, sometimes over baked and dry. Sometimes the cookies are two inches thick and sometimes really flat. I'd prefer more of a consistent product because at this point I don't know how they "normally" make them or what to expect. Everything about the process of ordering and delivery is still so perfect and convenient, but I don't find myself craving their cookies. A perfect example of close but not quite. read more

Holy crap this cookie is amazing. The price is downright ludicrous, but I would be totally willing to shell out $10 for 4 of those bad boys again. The size and deliciousness totally makes up for the cost. We went to the store, which was a huge mistake as it just resulted in the torture of waiting and the inevitable challenge of trying to take down one of these bad boys sans milk whilst driving 70mph down I15. So yummy, I've never met anyone who doesn't like them. You get four in an order but they're big enough that even half a cookie is hard to finish. The appeal behind this place is quantity over quality, plus you can get these delivered. They look and taste mediocre but since they're in Utah they are probably doing okay as a business. In LA or NY this place would last two months at most--nothing compared to Levain or Jacques Torres. Half-baked cookies are not good and throwing in a bunch of dairy isn't a real incentive to buy. read more

ItChecked this place out on our way beck from Vegas and my family and I felt it was a little overrated. We are serious cookie monsters so we love trying all kinds of cookies. These cookies were straight BUTTER. The texture was literally room temperature butter. Even the surrounding was basic. The tables and chairs outside are dollar store quality, they don't seem to sweep or wipe down the waiting area. $10 for 4 cookies and $2 for milk-- the milk was the best part. Tried this place when I was visiting Provo after hearing it hyped up from everyone and their brother. The location is very sparse. Pretty much all concrete with all the baking equipment and cookies in view of the customer. No air conditioning so I feel for the employees there. PSA, ovens are hot. They have two types of chocolate chip cookie. Regular and semi sweet. I got two orders of the regular. It comes in boxes of four cookies, $10 each. They're pretty chunky cookies size wise. You can get milk on the side for $2. Cookies were pretty solid. Nothing like the hype that they are literally the best things in the world. It's probably because this is Provo and it's open past midnight. read more

Cookies are good, although usually under-cooked, with a doughy middle. It was $10 for 4 huge cookies, and a quart of milk. Plus $2.99 for delivery, plus a tip (if you're a decent human being). They have stopped including milk, but still charge the same $10 for just cookies, which makes it hard to want to tip after I feel like I got shorted on the milk. You can still get milk, but now it's $2. So to get your warm(ish) cookies and milk delivered now, you're in it a cool $17. ($10+$2+$2.99+$2 tip). I haven't tried the brick and mortar store yet. Might need to try it to bring the cost per cookie down from $4.25. read more

I went into their shop thinking I could get myself a single cookie instead of four and they would not sell me one. Honestly, every business as bold as this will have some quirks. However, I always order my cookies a few hours early and they arrive right when they say they will! My husband brought home some cookies from Chip one night to cheer me up when I was sick. I used to order Insomnia Cookies more often than I'd like to admit and was excited to try the "Provo version" of them. Chip did not disappoint. The employees were friendly and boxed up our order with cookies fresh out of the oven. They even threw in a fifth cookie for free! Like other reviewers said, the massive cookies are slightly under baked, but even a thin and crispy cookie girl like me couldn't resist them. The best part about these cookies is leaving them in the car while you're in class and getting that warm, gooey, "fresh from the oven" taste when you come back to eat them. The cookies are great, but the service and kindness shown by Chip employees really earned our loyalty and future business. read more
