We came here en route to an event at Lake Boga looking for lunch and coffee. With no Yelp reviews to go on for any place here this looked like a potentially okay option. The menu however is mostly stodgy foods, okay if you like that but we opted for a chicken Caesar and a lamb salad. I'd have given a reluctant 3 stars if the Caesar was the benchmark, even though a bit bland and about 1/3rd white bread croutons and not a hint of anchovy. But Kim's lamb salad was a chewy mess, a big portion but largely un appealing and also bland. Add to that the coffee (drinkable but not great) and this place is not one we'll rush back to. We saw a cafe latte delivered to another table and that looked a lot better, so perhaps their coffee is variable or we were unlucky.
If however you want cakes, fried food and pizza, this might be a good place to come. Though you might explore other options also.
A cold winter's day the cafe was clean but cool, not well heated and if sitting there for long I'd have had to put my coat back on. read more
