Which is what happened to me as well he damaged no property when the tree fell on my house and saying that it didn't happen brought in an an expert you tell me I had settling cracks. I had for four proposals for my home men who walkEd the property and new I had no cracks so I called some of the previous estimates who recently viewed my home and said that if I needed to sue him they would with a witness. When I told him this all of the sudden he decided he needed to make the repairs to the damage to my house. After this he finally left He left his equipment and logs in the street until the city had to tow one of those trailers to get them to him to clean up the mess :(
