Brush up on your French if you wanna eat. ;) Looks like a loyal following of regular locals who know a meal here can't be beat so they come back night after night and I agree with them. Steaks are perfect, salads great, local cheeses have to be tasted, nice local beers even, wine of course , deserts made with care, you can't go wrong pretty much pointing at anything on the menu. All in a nice family restaurant neighborhood simple yet quality fine dinning atmosphere. I dare you to try to find a better meal at some glitzy restaurant in any big city. This kind of authentic and attention to detail is hard to recreate.

Had our last lunch in France here. Had not meant to travel to Meaux but found this docked on the…read moreriver and it seemed too perfect. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. And I think it was our best meal on our entire ten day visit to France and Belgium. We were confused about pricing thinking that one item was E11, two items E19, and 3 items E34, but we did not care that with beverage, one starter and two entrees it was around E60.
